I recently purchase a Range Rover from Next Gear Motors and was very pleased with the purchase. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My salesperson, Mohummed, was able to answer all of my questions and sent over a car fax. There were a few small items wrong with the vehicle but they were able to fix them quickly. The vehicle was detailed meticulously both inside and out. I usually always purchase new vehicles but Next Gear put my mind at ease about a used purchase. They have their used vehicles as close to new as you can get. The manger Kian, was able to able to process the sale quick and painless. The owner, Majid was even able to arrange shipping in prompt manner. Next Gear certainly has renewed my faith in used car dealers! These guys are honest and try to make your purchase painless. I'll certainly check back with them for any future purchases.

I have been a customer for about 12 years. The dealership has sold me 2 compact cars. One truck and a 2016 Chev Equnox. This car has been my favorite. This dealer is the best in the State. Needs to have the dead pedal issue repaired, very dangerous when youre passing on the street or highway, dealer seems to act blindly in this issue.

Andy was very helpful. He communicated well with me while I was out of town. This made the buying experience painless. When I finally came in to test drive the truck and have it checked out a minor problem was found. Andy and his staff quickly found the parts locally and made the repair so I could still pick it up the same day. Friendly folks that I would buy from again.

Came here expecting hidden fees and hours of back and forth and found none of that. We worked with Angel and test drove 2 cars fairly quickly. Shortly after we decided on a Scion. The price was a little higher than we budgeted for but Tristen was able to knock the price down a little to where we needed. Walked out the door happy, all within an hour and a half. Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.

I drove by here on my to another dealer. I didn't realize the dealership was there (not from the area originally) and I turned around to see what they had. There was no haggling, no debating, no arguing, no lying, no cheating, no stealing-all things you can expect at some dealers. These guys were all top notch individuals who I could hang out with all day every day. I felt a bond with Mitzy, the dog who kept trying to untie my shoes. Maybe she was persuading me to stay and buy a car? That's exactly what I did. I bought a three-year-old Jeep at a good price with a good interest rate. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car there, let alone finance one, but I did and my wife is thrilled with her new Jeep. I highly recommend Lou Dominion's Deals On Wheels Benton Harbor location. If his two other locations are anything like this one, you won't go wrong at any of them. I also highly recommend Phil the salesman. He's the real deal, a genuine, honest to goodness human being. No games from this guy and I respect that entirely. If you've read this far, you know I'm pretty satisfied with everything. I am. Best car buying experience I've ever had and I will go there first when I buy my next car!

Bought a 2023 F150 from them was sold as used but it was actually still a new truck. Sounded to me like Ford Dealer was not making his floor plan payments and they bought the truck at the auction in Omaha. Billy our salesman was awesome even considering he is having some health issues. Financing was smooth everything went without a hitch. I did notice on the drive home a mirror had a crack in it they said they would take care of it. Still has the remainder of the bumper to bumper warranty on it. I definitely would recommend these dealership to people. Wife is wanting a new car, so we will probably be going back sooner than later.

I have been looking for a car for quite sometime but with being young with not much credit history I had no luck ali was patient and vary understanding. I don’t know much about cars and financing he walk me through each step. I could ask for a better car salesmen thank you!
