Started my buying experience with a phone call and spoke with Bill Adams. Bill is friendly, professional and gave me much information over the phone. I received a trade in price after sending in information about my trade in. Bill got me the figure I was looking for on a new vehicle purchase. Never was there any pressure to make the deal. I purchased the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The entire purchase was easy going and Bill Adams was very informative and professional. I recommend Bill Adams if you want a fair deal.

I dread two things in life: buying a cell phone and purchasing a car or truck. It’s usually a long, frustrating, drawn-out experience. But not this time. Tarrell Lowe at Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram completely changed that for me. From start to finish, Tarrell was amazing — kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. If you’re someone who normally dreads buying a vehicle, I can’t recommend Tarrell enough. He made purchasing my new vehicle a very positive experience, and that says a lot. Thank you, Tarrell!

I had a really wonderful experience in buying my2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership. John Manley was extremely responsive and made the process quick and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable buying the Jeep from 2 hours away without seeing it in person. I was leaving for a trip and hoped the dealership could complete getting the Jeep ready and all paperwork completed in a tight timeframe and they made it happen, and made it seem easy. I’ll be going back to buy my next Jeep there!

Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Honestly I'd already decided I was buying elsewhere. Came to this lot only because the color I wanted showed up in their inventory feed at like 11pm. Drove up the next morning half expecting the usual bait and switch. It was there, it was the right trim, and the out the door number they emailed me before I left the house was the number on the contract. I've bought five cars in my life and that's never once happened.

Only thing I'd flag is the wait for the finance office, about half an hour past my appointment time, and I'd taken PTO for it. Once I was in there it moved quick and nobody tried to bolt extras onto the back end. Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did right by me on the trade too, more than the online quote I'd been waving around.
