My wife and I had a great experience at Daytona CDJR. It started when I was contacted by Irish Dave when I inquired about a 2024 Ram truck online. Dave was attentive but not overwhelming. We worked through some details and I was very upfront on what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for. He assured me we were on the same page and eventually, I received a buyers order that was accurate. I drove 2.5 hours on Monday and the buying experience was smooth with no surprises. Manny the Greek in finance was quick and to the point. The entire experience was refreshing and enjoyable. This dealership has long term employees which means they have a great work culture. Edge listened to exactly what I said I wanted: an incredible new vehicle loaded with the latest technology yet still packing serious power. He delivered exactly that. From first conversation to handshake, the process was smooth, transparent, and fast enough to make NASCAR pit crews jealous. Chad in sales management was dialed in, and Manny ?The Greek? in finance? Total pro. He had me signed, sealed, and home in time for dinner. It?s rare to find a team that blends professionalism, performance, and genuine character like this one.
