I came in with low hopes on getting a trade. Bad credit. Financial issues. Chris helped getting all the info and helped me pick a car. Mike got me a great loan on a great car. Low intrest rate and almost no down payment. How he did that i have no idea. Josh he wrapped it all up and finished all the paperwork and talked about all the bell whistles. I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!
