Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
This is for the service department. So I recently brought my jeep in for routine service, and to address a couple other issues I was having, and I left there beyond impressed with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep St Augustine service department!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient!! I have been to several different dealerships in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received in my 35 year driving history!! They managed to do an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a sun visor and a new auxiliary battery for my stop start feature, in less than 1.5 hours.. I just can’t say it enough, how blown away I am with the excellence of this service department!!! I will never again drive anything but a jeep and I will continue to drive a longer distance just to get to them!! By the way, I was equally impressed with the car salesman and entire sales team when I bought my jeep last year!!

Excellent dealership super customer service oriented. The General Manager goes above and beyond the call. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I was in a bad spot broken down on the side of the highway during the holidays at closing time. They arranged for a tow and I was in the dealership in 30 minutes. They were ready to close and the shuttle was done for the day. At any other dealership I would have had a problem. The General Manager Anthony Danninger made it a point to get me himself. Back at it again, and the experience was every bit as outstanding as the first. I just picked up a brand-new 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel, and once again Chris ?Edge? Johnson proved he?s the real deal. Edge listened to exactly what I said I wanted: an incredible new vehicle loaded with the latest technology yet still packing serious power. He delivered exactly that. From first conversation to handshake, the process was smooth, transparent, and fast enough to make NASCAR pit crews jealous. Chad in sales management was dialed in, and Manny ?The Greek? in finance? Total pro. He had me signed, sealed, and home in time for dinner. It?s rare to find a team that blends professionalism, performance, and genuine character like this one. Edge is that family-first, straight-shooting, no-pressure kind of guy who makes buying a vehicle feel like catching up with an old friend ? if that friend just happens to hand you the keys to something that rumbles. We worked through some details and I was very upfront on what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for. He assured me we were on the same page and eventually, I received a buyers order that was accurate. I drove 2.5 hours on Monday and the buying experience was smooth with no surprises. Manny the Greek in finance was quick and to the point. The entire experience was refreshing and enjoyable. This dealership has long term employees which means they have a great work culture.
