Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Was a great experience! I’ve never bought a car from out of state before however, Spencer was knowledgeable and informative without high pressure. I’ve got a couple thousand miles on it now and everything is fine. All works good it’s exactly the car I wanted.

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. Jimmy was very helpful to me with questions concerning an auto they had at their Fishers location.I asked him to do a walk around the vehicle for me,which he did and sent me the video.We didn't come to an agreement on the car,but like I said earlier, Jimmy's the person to ask for. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Dealership is very helpful and knowledgeable on product. Stayed late to help with purchase of truck.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

My husband and I was in need of a new vehicle....So, we went to Ed Martin to "shop"/get info...when a sales rep by the name of Elijah approached us offering his help. Loved their easy to use website, attention to detail at every step of the process. They were extremely fair with my trade in and even matched what another dealer had offered. I even got a FULL tank of gas with vehicle.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

The counter rep made sure that all my requirements were met. The technician performed the needed service expediently and efficiently. I will continue to go there for my service requirements.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Easy to do business with, in fact, I purchased a car from them. Waiting for delivery.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I always go there to get my oil changed and service work if I need anything done to my jeep limited there their prices are reasonable for automobile repairs and service I would advise anyone that has a Chrysler automobile that needs repair or service to take it to Hubler

Moe was super helpful with helping me find my perfect first car and worked to help me get the best deal! He was an absolute treat to work with! Gary was so nice as well! He helped us to figure out what we needed and was very personable.

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.

I have visited the service department twice in the past 3 weeks. I have found them efficient and friendly. I like their new waiting room.

Have owned my 2022 2500 Tradesman for 14 months now. Very happy overall. Outstanding towing and payload capabilities. Quiet interior. Nice styling. I don't like the dial transmission control. Would prefer it if the infotaimment screen was angled toward the driver instead of flat. Also disappointed with the seating position with the manual seats. Felt like my butt sat too low. Remedied that with an aftermarket shim kit that raised the rear seat height 1/2". Much better. My first RAM. Would buy again.
