Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

When buying a used vehicle, be aware of doc fees. All dealerships have them. I hadn't bought a used car from a dealership before, so it was new to me.

I was a return customer as I purchased my previous truck here in 2011. I had a positive experience at that time, so I wanted to give the dealership another shot. I've been researching which truck and options I wanted to purchase for months, so I booked a sales appointment to help expedite the process. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with care and respect. My sales rep was Otis, who was assigned to me by chance when I booked the appointment. I cannot give him enough kudos. He was very friendly and worked with me to make sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted. The dealership made the process pretty quick and as painless as possible. When I decide it's time for my next Chevy truck, I will be returning to Rick Hendrick of Duluth.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

I choose Courtesy Ford for their professional and friendly approach. I referred my granddaughter there and she bought a Bronco. This is my second Explorer.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.
