Went from a 2011 F150 3.5 EcoBoost to a 2016 Ram 2500 5.7 SLT. Wanted more power and better towing capacity that still had a decent 4x4 capability. Was not disappointed. Has pretty basic interior but then again its made for work. Speakers are amazing and stock wheels are good on highway but if you want to go off road id recommend upgraded suspension and some better tires. Gas milage isn't the best but then again when you buy a HD truck you know what you're signing for. Im very pleased how this truck is working for me and i plan on installing aftermarket trinkets every so often.

I have been wanting a Jeep since I was a teenager and I am 39 years old but within the last 2 years I have been itching for one hard. My husband and I went to a few Jeep dealers and other dealers that sold used Jeep's and we just couldn't make a deal. We noticed that new or used Jeeps were practically the same price with miles. So we decided to go new since this vehicle holds its value and its an investment type vehicle. We did our research and said we were for sure going to buy one. We were in the process of buying a house so we put the Jeep on the back burner for a couple years, well we bought our house and we are now in Lawrenceville and we decided to visit this Lawrenceville Jeep Dealer and it was the best thing we did. We drove in n a Saturday October 21, 22017 and just started walking the lot where we saw the Jeeps we liked and we were approached by Paul and he introduced himself and was very knowledgeable on the Jeep. He said things to us we already knew but that is ok because we were on the same level of knowledge BUT he was a great sales man in the aspect of how to build the vehicle and how to make a price work for us and that is what made this deal. He didn't stick us with the first price we saw and did not push us on that price either after we stated that was expensive. He was able to work with us, really feel out what it is that we really wanted and was able to put numbers together on that. We told him we wanted to think about it, he emailed us a built jeep how we wanted it and we started working on that. We ended up going back to the Dealership on Saturday October 28, one week exact later and wanted to now work out numbers and see about a trade in and all the fun stuff, hahahaha! Paul was realistic, strong with his words on the financing and was going to do everything he could to make our deal work. Well then when it did not work for us, we had an option to look at other Jeeps that had almost what I wanted but no big wheels. Just standard wheels, well, we decided that the big wheels (37in) was a little bit of a rough ride for long distance but I did test drive it and the Sahara and I fell in love with the white Sahara and it was a 24g package and the price worked. Financing was also amazing with Magdalena working her numbers. We did not feel pressured, we knew we could walk away because they did give us the option to think about it. They made the deal work for us and met us in the middle. They were really real, not corporate, didn't try to sell, just tried to help. We were in the dealership from 11am till 5:30pm. It was an all day event but they were busy so understandable. We were on a 50/50 buying situation meaning we were either getting the truck or not if the numbers did not work. They made them work. We enjoyed every part of our experience and we are very happy with our 2017 New Jeep Sahara. We look forward to continue to do business with Jeep and buy more accessories for our new Jeep.

I have pulled a 14000 pound RV without any issues. It handles well and is more comfortable than my car. I had one issue when I first got it (a pin hole in something) and it was quickly fixed. It is 3 years old, I have 64,000 miles on it. Most of those are from towing. Towing gas mileage is around 9 but, normal mileage in city and hwy is aroud 20. I have gotten 25 before, when I keep my foot out of the accelator.

I purchased a 2016 Dodge 1500 07/30/2016 with no haggles and was very happy with the truck, service and the new friend that I made named Scott. Momma wanted a bigger boat would have been a good title review as well but, it's my story. Anyhow, we now have a 24' foot boat and the 1500 pulled it down to Florida fine but, I just wanted a little more security on the boat ramps, rent tractors when I need them or maybe even have a camper and a boat in tow at the same time. Last week I stopped in to get my oil changed and I tracked Scott down, I told him that I wanted to upgrade too a 4x4 2500 and that it did not even need any bells and whistles. Well don't just settle for what they have on the lot when you start looking and I am really not a big fan of surfing on the internet websites. At Hayes they have a separate storage lot that had my new baby and after about two hours of marriage counseling we were back on the lake with the sharpest looking truck at the boat ramp. Thanks to Scott Webster "No Haggle, No Monkey Business" attitude. We also enjoyed Earnest Clark, it's never any fun signing the two dozen forms of paper work to give up your hard earned money. Earnest at least made it entertaining, he is a good looking young kid that deserves a little recognition as well. Don't forget, a pat on the back is only a foot away from a kick in the butt. My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

I’ll be honest, when I first walked in, the first person I dealt with was not my cup of tea, but once someone noticed my frustrations, their entire team rallied around me and my family to make sure I had a positive experience and we were completely blown away by the professionalism of their team. Just to give you some back story - I was in an accident and needed to replace my vehicle. The rental I had was a brand new Jeep and so my mind was set on just that. I went to EIGHT car lots within about 30 hours. The whole experience was exhausting. I dealt with SO many ammeters - uneducated, impersonal, and otherwise. Finally, I found almost the exact car that I had initially wanted on Car Gurus and so I drove from ITP up to Palmer. My parents followed me up and happened to blow a tire along the way. Being that it was a Sunday I was worried we’d get there too late to finalize anything same day. When I arrived, as I mentioned, there was a bit of runaround with the guy who’d originally took my call, however, James (and really the entire team) very quickly took charge of the situation. They were able to find two of the cars that fit my expectations and got them both up to the front for me to view. I had already spent my weekend test driving, so once I saw the interior packages, I had my pick of the two, took it for a lap and then sat down for negotiating. Out of every lot I went to this weekend, James brought me the BEST price I’d seen all weekend AND it was for a vehicle that had a better package than any of the others I looked at. Also, this dealership is great in the sense that their first offer is a good offer and they don’t waste your time. Once we told them what we had and could walk out comfortably with, we spent about 20 minutes finalizing everything and I walked out with a brand new car that perfectly fit my budget. They were nice enough to throw in a few other signing incentives (but I won’t share those here ��) AND James personally filled up my parents tank so that they could head back to Nashville. All of this (including financing + pictures) took about 2.5 hours total. Honestly, you cannot best that!! Again, I am beyond impressed with this team, the service, and the dealership in general. My parents plan on coming back to buy a car from this lot and I will be sending all my friends to them moving forward. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I’ve always had a truck. Now that I have kids my previous extended cab wasn’t cutting it. Kids had trouble getting in and out and forget the whole kicking the back of daddy’s seat. This time around I settled on the ram mega cab. Day and night. If your a truck guy with little ones, this truck is a must. The kids can recline the back seat and knock out, giving you a pleasant drive. I’m truly shocked that Ford or Chevy haven’t come up with their mega cab version. The only other truck I considered was the tundra since they also have a roomy crew cab but unfortunately they don’t make it with a diesel. I bit the bullet and spent the extra 10k for the Cummings, occasionally pull a camping trailer. Hope this helped.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

The Cummins engine and recent upgrades to the 2500 Ram are a great mix. I’ve owed a Ford F-250 and while I think the general quality of the Fords may be a bit better, the overall performance of the Ram far exceeds the Ford. On top of that, I have navigation, heated/cooled leather trim, CarPlay, and tons of other features that you end up paying for in similar Chevy or Ford trims.

Tyler Grant could not have made buying a new car any easier! I did NOT want to go through the process of buying a new car and had put the decision on hold for 3 years - with each time I started the process being cumbersome (dealing with other dealerships) I was not encouraged to move forward. Then I met Tyler... I came in at a recommendation through JR in the service department, early on a Saturday morning and immediately felt supported by Tyler to start the buying process. I knew what I wanted and Tyler made it HIS mission to find it for me. Then we were off for the test drive... it was love... As the owner of a 2005 Jeep I was already sold on the brand - but the models have changed a bit in 13 years. Tyler explained all the changes that Jeep had gone through and I felt more informed in my decision (even though I did not pass the Jeep trivia questions...lol). From the test drive to the financing Tyler was by my side the whole way - EVEN when another client of his came in to buy his new truck (3rd one from Tyler specifically) - Tyler never made me feel like he wasn't there to help if I needed it. When all was said and done Tyler and I made a deal to meet back up on Wednesday to pickup the new ride and off I drove in my 2005 dreaming of the new features in the 2018. SURPRISE - the guys at Troncalli made it THEIR mission to get me the car 4 days early! A quick text from Tyler 5 hours later started with "do you want to come get your new car today? :-)" We jumped up, drove up to Troncalli and there she was... This is my honest review, i haven't been paid or coerced, Lol. The customer service here SERIOUSLY impressed me!! My experience with Marietta Auto Sales started with my test drive with Anthony (Hayes). He was super friendly and personable and answered all my questions about the 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe I wanted to purchase. He wasn't pushy or car salesy, just cool and patient. I did a test drive right before leaving for a week-long vacation and, unlike every SINGLE other car dealership I visited before my vacation, Anthony didnt call and text me 50 million times a day bugging me about when I'd come back in. He respected my time and didnt push. When I came back, I requested a pre-purchase inspection, brought it back, and there was a small hiccup but Anthony was out sick so i spoke with another salesperson who turned me ALL THE WAY OFF with his indifference and lack of good customer service. Like, I told him to give me my check back and was prepared to walk out. Luckily, I was able to speak with Sedric, the business manager, before i left and he addressed my concerns calmly and patiently. He could tell I was frustrated and really wanted to keep my business, which I appreciated SO MUCH. After that, the process of buying was incredibly smooth. Sedric promised to take care of the inspection issues personally, and have the car ready the very next day (today). He did exactly what he promised he would do, with the BEST attitude and customer service. I was ON FIRE when I sat down at his desk and he didnt even break a sweat, lol. (I HIGHLY recommend speaking with him if you run into any problems.) Picked up the car the next day, Anthony was back and got me in and out. I expected to be in the dealership forever, but he took care of my financing, kept the energy upbeat, answered every single one of my 7.8 million questions, and made sure I got exactly what i wanted. Communicative and funny and well-informed. Go straight to HIM when you go there, he's gonna take the best care of you. :) There was a small glitch in the process, but the way these guys turned a potentially bad experience around deserves 10 BIG STARS! Car buying is crazy stressful but I definitely made the right choice coming here, despite some of the bad experiences of others.

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!
