The dealership was very nice and my salesman, Mark Lusk was very knowledge on my used Ford Escape and showed me how to set my contacts and explained some of the features of the car. I was very impressed at easy the process was.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

AutoNation was excellent it everything they did. They kept me informed and told me exactly what the cost would be. I was also very pleased with final bill. It was not high like I thought it would be. I had made a previous trip to Shottenkirk Toyota on September 12th and met with salesman, Brendon Powell. I had wanted to trade in a Nissan Titan and after discovering that truck had issues, Brendon had to tell me that they could not make a trade, it was tough on him but at least he was truthful. I made my next trip to Shottenkirk on September the 19th with another vehicle to trade in on a Toyota Tundra and I made appointment with Brendon Powell again. This was a good choice since he knew all the information from before. Brendon worked extremely hard to have the vehicle I had pick out work but with my previous new Titan hanging over me he was having issues making financials meeting my demand. Brendon continued to work on my case and brought in Danielle from finance to assist me, while Danielle was explaining me details she received a call, and said she had good news, a truck had arrived that was not listed and that truck would fit my budget!! I would like to commend both Brendon and Danielle because they listened and worked with me to find a truck that would fit my budget and my needs. I have been let down by Nissan with a lemon truck but Shottenkirk redeamed my faith in dealerships and I left with a new Tundra that without those two working together I would have never achieved.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Excellent service department. Very efficient I was scheduled to meet my schedule Johnathan did a excellent job of keeping me informed.

They were able to get me in and out in about an hour and a half with no reservation. Had to have new battery installed and air in tires check due to the extremely cold weather.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

While I didn't purchase a vehicle here after all (the deal on my first choice of vehicle came through), I had a fantastic internet sales experience with Vanessa Weathers! i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Although it took a while for the part to be received, the jeep was repaired earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to shop.

Had to wait for parts but not the dealers fault. They did a good job in getting a loaner even though this jeep was not purchased from them.

Roger Williams dealership in Weatherford TX was a great experience for me in every way possible. They didn't tack on any hidden fees or warranties...the sticker price was the final price in my case. Prolonged online searches for vehicles; and we chose to hit up this dealership first. I had my eyes set on a Chrysler 300 from the very start..and with my salesman's kind help, Juan Meraz, I drove off the lot with it the same day. This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

Been taking my vehicles to Meador over the last several years. No complaints. Work gets done in a timely manner. Christina Ibarra is an asset to the service dept. Had to leave one morning by 0900 & Car wasn’t ready so she gave me a ride to my Dr appt. Will use Meador now & in the future.
