Used 2018 RAM 3500 trucks for sale near Hayesville, NC

Had a wonderful experience! Purchased a 2019 Tundra last month and had nothing but great things to say. Joel answered all of my questions and I felt taken care of!

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

It tows my fifth wheel with ease! It is also fun to drive, as a truck guy, it is the best truck I have owned.

The ram 3500 exceeded my expectation for the gas mileage and reliability. This is my 2nd dsl and I wouldn’t buy a Ford or GM.

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. Jessica is a salesperson that truly cares about her customers, I regret not buying from her. But far the best deal for the money. This includes styling, interior, power , comfort and valueg. I was Disappointed that it has been in the shop 3 times with under 3500 miles for the evap system repair. I was charged for the repairs while truck was under bumper to bumper warranty!

I recently bought a Ram pickup at Frankman and two days later had an issue arise . You always wonder how you be treated in such a situation. Well , it was a great experience, they took care of the problem and did it in the friendliest of manner. I will definitely be back and would recommend Frankman for buying a vehicle. We bought a Lexus from here today. By FAR the best buying experience I’ve had. I had originally inquired about this vehicle a month prior but it was already reserved. The original buyer dropped out so Rosalie Isern contacted me. Ms Rosalie was very knowledgeable- she informed us of everything about the car and all the warranties and got our phones set up with it. They gave a very fair trade in value for our vehicle and were very kind and courteous throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Service all the way around. Maintenance was completed in a very timely manner. My initial appointment wasn't until 10:30 am. As I did not have any particular things going on so dropped it off at 8:30 am and told them that they could keep it as long as necessary. I received a call at 9:30 am stating that all maintenance had been completed, an our before my scheduled appointment.

We drove all night from Nc to come get a car my husband wanted. We got there before they opened and were m er by Jordan Wilkins and the other staff members/salesmen. He took his time and went through everything. Then after purchasing the car Andrew Clark and Jordan assisted my husband with strapping the car down to make the trip back home. Visiting from Wyoming and car broke down. This was a week before Christmas. Service manager Dylan was able to get it check it out right away. Bad news, the engine needed major repairs. Sales man Kevin was excellent, was able to get us into another car quickly and without any hassle. Great service, picked up car 2 days later and was able to finish our visit and make it home as scheduled. They understood our problems and worked with us without any issues, even since we were stranded from out of state. Would recommend.
