I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and Terry was the sales man who also sold my mom a car his kindness and understanding made me me feel comfortable. His customer service was spectacular. I was in need of a new work truck and I was extremely disappointed with the dealerships in the DFW area. I almost gave up looking for a truck and on a last attempt, I tried cars and trucks.com. When I pulled up, I was instantly surprised. The trucks were all clean and in Incredible shape. Then I walked in… at the door I was greeted by Nathan Dykes. I don’t think I could have found a person with that type of care and passion anywhere else. I told him what I wanted and on the first try, he found EXACTLY what I was looking for. I took the truck on a test drive and it exceeded all my expectations. At this point, we haven’t discussed price. After completing my test drive, I thought the vehicle he showed me was going to be way out of my price range. However, it was the exact opposite. The truck he showed me was right in the range I was looking for. It was a steal! I would recommend cars and trucks.com to every one of my friends! But, if you go to shop for a vehicle, make sure you talk to Nathan Dykes!

This has got to be the best auto dealer I have dealt with. I bought a truck from Anthony here and after I had the truck for a month I had a couple problems , he had his mechanic look at it and fix for me , even after I bought as is and he was under no obligation , he still fixed it , you couldn't ask for a better , honest dealer , thank you

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.
