We went into take a look around at some cars and was immediately greeted warmly by all the staff at Ford Country. We decided on a car that we liked and wanted to learn more about the offer and financing available to us. We had the pleasure of working with Voya, who spared no shortage of courtesy and care when it came to taking care of us. He was very helpful and friendly, discussed our options, which we liked so we decided to buy a limited Ford Explorer! He saw us thru the entire process and is still going above and beyond to make sure that everything is going well with our new car. Our family is so thankful that he is there to help us and for all he and the rest of the staff has done to put us in our new family vehicle and to make sure we are happy with our purchase. This is my second purchase from Wade at Martin Swanty. This time I had a specific car in mind (which I test drove) but when I arrived a 2019 Kia Sportage was in the process of being traded in. I drove it with Devin (Wade was finishing with another customer) and Devin was very relaxed and respectful. He let me drive where I wanted so I could get the full feel of the car without rushing or pushing me whatsoever. Wade and Devin made the purchase pretty seamless, with fair price given on my trade (I had already checked Kelly Blue Book). Definitely recommend Martin Swanty and I will definitely go to back them again for my next purchase!
