Salesman and finance person not around and was only given registration and both key fobs. Since dealership is 45 miles away, I emailed salesman for the remaining paperwork (finance docs, title, window sticker, etc) and no response. As of Sep 20, still no response or paperwork.

My wife and I decided that we needed a full size truck to tow our 24’ travel trailer. Our goal to be able to take extended vacations across the US. Previously, we were Chevy or Ford owners, so we had no experience with other manufactures or dealerships. We were pleasantly surprised by the AutoNation experience.
