Used RAM 3500 trucks for sale near Benton, AR

Just had a great experience with the purchase of an excellent Ford 150 from David "The Car Man" Mitchell today. He was very helpful and super efficient with all that went into my complicated deal. I would highly recommend checking him out when you need quality vehicle.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

This dealership is the best! We tell everyone we know if they are in the market for a vehicle to go to Everett. Clark our salesman and Dillion in the service department went above and beyond to help us with our truck when it needed a part replaced. We live in Louisiana and none of the dealerships here would have ever gone to the lengths this dealership did to help us. They are excellent and we will definitely be an Everett customers for life! If you are in the market for a vehicle this is the place to go! I found the car! I'd been looking for months. I found the salesperson! He did just what I asked. Coral Smith even picked me up at the airport. The car was just as described, I had no problem closing the deal as soon as I drove it. I left Little Rock for Dallas as happy as can be in my new collectible Mini Roadster with the top down!

I was in and out in a matter of 30- 45 minutes for an oil change. Excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location to have the vehicle serviced again.

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!
