Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

I started the search process online. When I found the truck I wanted, Nikki (Courtney) and her team were able to work out the deal I wanted. When I got to the dealership it was all ready to go. No surprises. They also let me know about an additional bonus $500 off using the GM Card toward down payment. The finance guy was also very good. He told me about warranty options. We were not able to spend any more for an extended cuz we hit our budget limit but he was able to get us one that was basically free after the $1250 incentive offered with it. Everybody was nice. Nobody was pushy. All the text replies were quick. I would for sure go to Autonation again.

This is our 1 ton work truck. It has been very dependable. It rides like a 1 ton truck as you would expect, but it does not wear you out. Basic interior but I do have to say the stock stereo is very good!

Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!

Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.
