Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

The dealership was very nice and my salesman, Mark Lusk was very knowledge on my used Ford Escape and showed me how to set my contacts and explained some of the features of the car. I was very impressed at easy the process was.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Recently purchased a nee to me ram 3500 pickup from Dennis Hackler from Silver star motors. He worked with the with me the whole step of way(I was purchasing from out of state)during the process. He even had a Uber pick me up front the airport and drop me off at the dealership. My truck was sitting out front fueled up and ready to go. The dealership was clean and had a good selection of vehicles onsite. Did a test drive, signed a couple peaces of paper and I was on my way down the road back to Florida. I dropped of my vehicle. Was greeted in a timely manner. I was given a courtesy ride home. When the vehicle was ready for pick up I was informed. I needed the vehicle delivered given my family's car seat situation so they delivered it to me. Great service..

I made an appointment to drop the vehicle there Wednesday at 5:00 PM with the A/C not cooling. Victor was our service coordinator and told us he would advise us asap Thursday. Since I didn't hear from Victor by noon, I called but had to leave a message. I then received a text with the diagnosis and cost to evacuate the system then refill it with dye added bc they couldn't find a leak. I okayed the service. He said it could be ready Thursday afternoon, but he didn't call,so I called and Yvi said victor had left for the day, but he did call a little later and advised the tech wanted to keep the vehicle overnight and recharge the system Friday morning. We didn't hear anything all day, so we decided to come to the dealership and see. They told us they wanted to check one more thing(I suspect it was what they were supposed to do that morning) so we waited another hour or so for it. My wife finally got her vehicle around 4:00 PM. The A/C was blowing really cold and no leak was detected. If the system gets low again, the dye will show where the leak is. We're happy with everything except that Victor wasn't getting back with us. I was in the car business for 32 years and customer service is the key to retaining customers. I spoke to Darren who said he'd dumped some xtra customers on Victor, so I'll give him credit for that. Plus being relatively new to the job, I'm sure he as doing his best! I've had ALL my service done at Platinum Ford since I retired from there in '18, and they've always done great work! Thank you, Adam, Gary, Darren, and all!

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

Found a 2013 Ram 2500 that was already set up with 5th wheel hitch and more bells and whistles than I could imagine. And at a very fair price. Our salesman, Bill was very knowledgeable about the truck and taught us alot. They are a No Haggle dealership because they are priced right and don't pressure you. This is our 1 ton work truck. It has been very dependable. It rides like a 1 ton truck as you would expect, but it does not wear you out. Basic interior but I do have to say the stock stereo is very good!
