So...it generally takes weeks to get your vehicle back from here. When you make an appointment, it's not an appointment for them to look at your vehicle that day, it's just an appointment for them to hold your vehicle for days before they do anything with it... leaving you without a vehicle. That needs to change. Otherwise, this is THE ONLY DEALERSHIP in the entire DFW metroplex that can actually fix a vehicle. I'm assuming that's why they are so busy. Overall, I got the vehicle back and repaired properly this time, so we are making tremendous progress.

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.
2021 RAM 3500 review
The truck is an incredible truck! It has plenty of room and power to do everything I need it for. Love the extra features and technology it has. Definitely a smoother ride than expected!

Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases.
