Clinton is the best of the best in sales, always finds me the Jeep I want with specs I want, and streamlines the buying process efficiently. Kenny is also top level in the financing department, and I would say is very fair and reasonable as well when it comes to devising a plan and price, and takes into consideration my loyalty to Jeep when he comes up with an option for me which I appreciate that. Craig in finance is also highly efficient, and even worked around my financing to fit my needs and goals, took extra time to ensure my expectations were met. John the manager wrote me a personal letter voicing appreciation and qualifications for future cars which went along way because it created a more personalized feel for my car leasing experience.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.
