Aaron was so great to work with in purchasing our 1976 Lincoln Mark IV. From having the car checked out on a lift, taking additional pictures, delivery arrangements from CA to Delaware, and answering all types of questions. Purchasing a vehicle with an actual 26k miles and moving it across country, you have to depend upon the dealership to be truthful. Aaron was TOP NOTCH! Our new to us Lincoln arrived in a timely manner and the carrier was excellent as well! The car runs great, exactly what I was looking for in a 44 year old 26k mile Lincoln! I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchasing experience with West Coast Auto Works. Nick, the salesman, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Steven (Stephen?) in the finance department was fantastic as well, and it was refreshing that both of them were car guys. The pricing was transparent and fair and they were able to truly surprise me with a fantastic loan. I was also very appreciative of the speed with which the process was completed. I know that many dealerships train their staff to keep prospective customers on the sales floor for as long as possible; I was set up with a test drive, given a clear price, and provided options for financing very quickly. And--this bears repeating--the experience was excellent and I was amazed at the quality of the financing. I have no complaints.
