This dealership is the best one I’ve been too in all the 35 years for which I have been buying cars. Both Michael Thompson and Mohsen Toosi helped us reach our final decision and they covered tag and title cost. In other words, they processed our title transfer and license plate with no doc fees. Again, let me repeat, there were no documentation fee’s. This transaction was cheaper and less painful than buying from a private party. If you need a vehicle this is where I would go. I will be back when we upgrade our Mercedes Bluetec which we fondly call our “Memphis cruiser”. Backstory: Our son lives in Memphis and so we drive back and forth monthly or as often as he tolerates. 😊

My husband was traveling from Atlanta area to Mobile , AL for a family event when our 2008 Honda Odyssey with 207,000 miles on it broke down. Meanwhile everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.the dealership itself was immaculate including the garage area where they were working. I had been mentioning we ought to think about getting a new car so when I got there we started looking. I was online, seeing what cars were going for as I had no clue. There was no high pressure to buy. They showed us the Odyssey and also similar vehicles. We decided to buy. They made the process as painless as possible.Robin Floyd was our sales rep and she was very professional and honest. She did not try to upsell us which I appreciated. We were extremely pleased with our service and treatment. Would definitely recommend. The employees all seemed happy to work there and had great attitudes.
