Potamkin HyundaiReviews
Potamkin Hyundai review
Javanie Rickards is an outstanding sales representative at Potamkin Hyundai. He delivered exceptional service and was consistently patient and responsive. What began as a semi-serious cold call to the dealership turned into a two-and-a-half-week conversation during which he answered all of my many questions through personal calls and texts. I purchased my Tucson Hybrid sight unseen, but Javanie provided detailed videos that gave me complete confidence in both the vehicle and the transaction. He also shared key information that helped me decide on choosing a hybrid. Since I didn’t have a trade-in, he even delivered the car directly to my home—an extra step that truly stood out. I never expected to write a review about a car-buying experience at a dealership, but I’m genuinely happy to give a 5-star rating to Javanie Rickards and his team at Potamkin Hyundai.

I got my first car here and I thought the service was pretty great. They had a wide selection of cars and the workers were nice and informative.
2018 Ford Transit-250 review
A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

I had a great experience on a Sunday afternoon - maybe because they were busy. Allowed to test drive, the secretary in the front ran my credit, and was out of there in about an hour after test drive. I did have to wait for 20 minutes or so to see vehicle - I don't think they actually make (or rather keep) appointments. Let me add, I got a truck with a lot of miles at a low price, and I figured I needed to fix a few things - and I did. I got it for several thousand less, put $600 in it, and it drives like a champ.

Mall of Georgia Ford review
Dear Mall of Georgia Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had purchasing my vehicle from your dealership. From the moment I arrived on the lot, the level of professionalism, care, and genuine customer service was evident. Buying a vehicle can often feel like a overwhelming process, but your team made it seamless, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The entire staff showed a true dedication to ensuring I found the right car that perfectly fit my needs and preferences. The vehicle itself was delivered in immaculate condition, fully detailed, and ready for the road. The handoff process was smooth, and the team took the time to go over the key features so I could drive off the lot with complete confidence. It is rare to find a dealership that truly puts the customer first, but Mall of Georgia exceeds expectations in every way. Thank you for your outstanding service, integrity, and hospitality. I could not be happier with my new car and look forward to recommending your dealership to family, friends, and anyone looking for a top-tier car-buying experience. Warmest regards Christopher Shadrick

Did not buy the truck at Loganville Ford but as they were in the area where I live so I brought it in for 5k check and oil change. Was very happy to get with Matt as a service advisor even though it wasn't a major visit the positive attitude was evident. Later I talked to him about getting my bed sprayed/sealed and he brought the tech out to tell me how he does and the results I would see. Excellent job. At about 10k I brought my truck in and had a unique issue which was researched by Matt, he got with the appropriate people to resolve the problem and got it done. The dealership told me the timeline to get what was needed, offered a loaner vehicle if I needed and got my truck back to me.

Auto World of Atlanta INC review
The truck was described fairly well in the description. Freddy was good at communicating. We got to the dealer fairly late but they were accommodating and took some extra steps to solve a few minor things I had concern about. The truck was a fair price and I am enjoying it so far!
2015 Ford Transit-250 review
Our transportation company has operated this vehicle for the last 2 months. After driving for 6 hours non stop, the driver's sitting position could do with some little improvement especially left foot resting area. Cargo area not bad. Good engine performance even with sizeable weight.
