Great place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a Grand Wagoneer and the salesman knew the features of the car and answered all our questions. Very professional staff here. Professional and they made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Service was fabulous also. I drove 3 hours to get here and it was well worth the extra time and money. 8 dealers in my area didn’t know the car or it’s features, and told me that it only came in black or white. There loss. I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

His communication and customer service skills are far superior to anyone in the industry. The entire transaction was seamless. During the process, I also communicated with the owner: Curt. It is no surprise they have been in business for so long. His kindness and desire to have his customers well taken care of and happy makes all the difference. I trade vehicles every 2 years or so - this has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new (to me) vehicle. Highly recommend doing business with these folks.
