I had a wreck on the 3rd of January involving a drunk driver and totalled my car. I'm still waiting on the check from the insurance as of today but thought I'd go look for a replacement since the check should be here any time now. I did some shopping around online and found a car that was low on miles (just a little over 30,000), was under $20,000 and loved the color. It was located at SuperCarGuys on Rock Road. My father and I went in to look at it yesterday and the person I was supposed to meet with had already left for the day so I was helped by the most awesome salesman I have ever done business with. This young man was so polite, courteous, had the upmost respect for my time and was more helpful than anyone I have ever had the pleasure to meet. His name is Brody and when he went to go look for the car he found out it was at the Subaru dealership on Kellogg. He promptly got a vehicle and took me to the other lot to look at the car. He opened every door for me, talked to me like a person and not just another sale. He listened to what I had to say and didn't try to get more money out of me for the down payment and did everything he possibly could to make everything go smoothly and quickly. We had to do kinda makeshift arrangements due to not being able to go back to his location due to a major wreck on Rock in front of the location. He accommodated us doing all he could to make sure everything went as fast as possible including acquiring financing and aside from not being able to do any of the final paperwork he was able to get me in the car last night without having to pay the down payment until next week. I have never had a more enjoyable interaction with any other car salesman. He is only 19 years old but has more consideration and professionalism than any I have seen with 20+ years experience. If anyone ever needs a car I would highly recommend they go see Brody!!! He definitely earned my business last night and gained a customer for as long as he works here. Please if you want a good experience buying a vehicle you have to go see Brody at the Rock location!!!! Thank you Brody for restoring my faith in people!!
