I bought a car over the weekend and I spoke to Yosselyn before coming in and she was super helpful and assured me that I would be helped out and be able to get into the vehicle I was looking into. Once we arrived she introduced us to Jesus and he was just as helpful. He showed us the vehicle and went for a test drive. He made the process really easy and enjoyable! Definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to get into a new or used car.

Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Glendale dodge jeep and John Morovitz made this the best car buying experience ever. After having a terrible time with salesmen at other dealerships, I tried Glendale dodge and jeep. John was clear and honest with me , the price on the internet was the price on the purchase order. No nonsense , no haggling , no games. Easy and fast. Glendale dodge and jeep offered a friendly and welcoming environment and John Morovitz went the extra mile to see to it all our needs where met and we are happy with our purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and recommend talking with John, a cool guy and a great salesman.

Glenn E Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep review
As a former Chrysler Corp. ASE Nu Car Prep tech, a long time Chrysler trained new car dealer service technician, at 4 Chrysler Plymouth & Dodge dealers, (1984 Los Angeles Zone Winner), Quality Control Tech, race engine & car builder, & NHRA racer, with Glenn E. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep's impressive long history and association with the Chrysler Corporation, I came back for seconds.. . .with a trade-in. I took delivery of a brand new 2026 Ram Laramie 3500 Crew Cab Dually like the Bighorn it replaces. Now, I understand that the process of negotiating the pricing of a special, built-to-order with trade-in can be challenging, but the experience team of leadman- Greg, Brad, & Sonya, came through! Former G.E.T.D.C.R.J. sales, Nate Jimenez, recommended Greg, and he made it happen. Thanks again to Greg and his team! I'll be keepin' in touch. Be Cool. Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. As was the final modest price for the additional work done. 12 stars out of 10. Nicolai

Villa Ford of Orange review
Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

Would definitely recommend this dealership over many others I’ve dealt with. Big shout out to Moe for helping seal the deal on the 2015 Hellcat!
