I was sooo tired of searching for vehicles in Fairbanks! I’m sure I called and visited each dealership about 3 or 4 times. I was at the end of my rope with motivation. Then I met Mr. Isaac Hairston at Chevy Buick GMC of Fairbanks. His smile alone was enough to brighten my day. He helped me find the truck that was right me. He answered all my questions and went at my pace. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed. Most importantly, I found the truck I wanted! I am beyond relieved.

Don't let anyone xxxxxxxx you into a big pig dually in less your towing over 20000lbs...their xxxx on full, can't park them anywhere but in the back and can't go through the car wash..there a ride for folks with a small xxxxx

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

We were selling our vehicle on Craigslist. Brett Wade contacted us about buying it. We brought the vehicle to the dealership, they appraised it and offered close to our asking price! They were reasonable and it was very easy and quick! I recommend bringing your vehicle by for them to look at if you ever are wanting to sell a car. It was literally a ten minute appraisal, as advertised. If I ever decide to sell my current car, I will definitely have them look at it first!

I furnished him with the brand and models that I was interested in. He alotted ample time to each customer, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase decision. He discussed warranty policy options, per my request, and expedited the detailing of a newly acquired vehicle. He had carefully inspected the chosen selections, and knew the minor flaws and special unique vehicle features, before I took a test drive. These are the qualities of a true professional. He is focused and genuine. He also tolerated my quirky sense of humor, when joking around about my "backyard hillbilly junkers on cement blocks", ( that would fail the lofty standards Affordable sets for new appraisals ). I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

Love this truck, overall. Only a few little things that I would to fix. From the beginning my “check engine “ light on my dash has been lit. In turn my “ loose gas cap “ light stays on. Everyone that I talk to says “they all do that”. One other thing is I have a place on my hood that has spots in the paint and no one can tell me what it is. Overall, I am happy with my truck and the performance of it.

Quick oil change, got me out of there pretty fast man

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

Fantastic customer service. My service representative, Ariel R, went above and beyond to keep me informed on the progress of my repairs. I will only use this dealership because they are that good.

My truck had a 5day, 30hr repair job. 2 weeks to tear my truck apart for a relatively minor accident. 30 days later they have far exceeded my insurances repair cause, elapsed rental coverage, promised 3 different finish dates and when I stopped by, my truck had the grille off, no fog lights or bumper, wrong headlight, and a lacerated tire still. 40 days later my truck still has a banged up hood. I have emailed the Jerry Ulm General Manager and he has yet to reply. They are very nice and the work that actually gets done is great. But communication is god awful, proactive actions are non existent, and they have not offered any compensation for my 5day repair turned 40days and still counting. There has been no delays in receiving parts, they do not properly order parts or diagnose the issue. Over 5 weeks I have 6 quotes to insurances because it was not properly diagnosed the 1st, 3rd or 5th time...

I would recommend Isaac Hairston to my family and friends when purchasing a vehicle. Isaac was very knowledgeable and helpful when we purchased our truck, he kept us informed throughout the process.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper.
