Service was great. The sales agent assigned to me is new to the location, she was very attentive. We weren't able to complete the deal, but not without great effort. I would recommend this dealership.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

2014 RAM 1500 review
Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The team was very professional, transparent, and welcoming throughout the process. I recently purchased a Chevy Trax, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Shane and Stephanie were both very helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I also compared with a few other dealerships, and they offered me the best deal without any pressure, which I truly appreciated. Their service and hospitality really stood out, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy car buying experience.

Father & Son Auto Sales review
Here’s a completely fresh review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Look No Further — This Place is the Real Deal! I was honestly dreading the car buying process, but Father & Son Dealership completely changed my perspective. Walking in, we were greeted immediately by a staff that was warm, attentive, and refreshingly laid back. Nobody was hovering or pushing — they simply focused on understanding what we needed and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The whole team had an energy that made the experience genuinely enjoyable, which is something I never thought I’d say about buying a car. Mike sealed the deal for us in every sense of the word. He worked hard to get us numbers that made sense for our budget and came through with an offer that honestly shocked us — in the best way possible. It was clear that everyone here, from the sales floor to the finance office, operates with integrity and truly values their customers. We drove off the lot feeling confident, excited, and well taken care of. Father & Son has set the bar high and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Could not possibly be happier with our experience in dealing with Mike Scarvellis! His professionalism and attention to what his customers want is without equal. Not many salesmen would go as far as to play the ukelele to delight our children while we purchased our car! If you are looking for a great customer experience and a great deal look no further this is the guy and place! I have spent over 20 years in vehicle sales myself and admittedly am hard to please, let alone impress. Let me tell you that Mike and his team have consistently exceeded my expectations time and time again.

I am very happy dealing with this dealership, especially my salesperson, Faris Fatouhi. He is honest, caring, professional, and ethical. He treated me not as a customer but as a friend. He is very trustworthy.
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Service was great. The sales agent assigned to me is new to the location, she was very attentive. We weren't able to complete the deal, but not without great effort. I would recommend this dealership.
2017 RAM 1500 review
My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

If you’re reading this review ur like me, wondering where do you go anymore to buy a car with an exceptional dealer experience. This is the place! Get ahold of Rob Guthrie/Joe Lehr and thank me later. You don’t find salesmen like this anymore. I was calling dealerships all over/around Michigan. I couldn’t get a call back! I’m glad I found these guys. Closed the deal in a day and drove my new Tacoma home. Alex( the finance guy )was great ,had me on the road in under 10 mins. Thanks again Rob/Joe/Alex!
2014 RAM 1500 review
In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

2013 RAM 1500 review
to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

2018 RAM ProMaster 1500 review
Purchased this vehicle as an alternative to the AWD SUV I had planned on getting. Was very reluctant at first but ended up making the deal. Wanted an AWD SUV to start doing road trips across America starting in 2019. Gave it 5 STARS Reliability, but C-Mon it only has 300 miles on it so look at longer term owners for a Reliability score. Family ended up needing a vehicle capable of being used part time as a wheelchair ramp vehicle, and the Promaster had the lowest load floor of the full size vans. So that's what I looked at and ended up purchasing. Got the 136" wheelbase high roof, and after owning it a couple weeks went from meh to absolutely loving this vehicle. It felt huge at first, you sit higher than 4x4 1 ton trucks, and it's over 6' wide internally! Yet despite it's intimidating factor it still fits if just barely into any normal parking spot! It's the perfect size for a non commercial user like me, tons of room internally but can park anywhere. I've owned tons of new and used trucks over the years and even I was a bit iffy driving this at first. Poor visibility as it has no windows out back, but the great side mirrors and backup camera quickly took away that intimidation factor. Now it feels just like a very tall Minivan and I can drive it around parking lots with ease. What amazes me even after a few hundred miles is the turning circle! I swear it has a tighter turning circle than my 2014 Nissan Altima that's my daily driver! It's insane how it can make U-Turns and swing around in parking lots so easily. Finally the more I look over the vehicle the more I love how they built it. They claim it's the easiest and cheapest commercial van to service and maintain and I'm a believer now. Fuel Pump access is under a cover in the cab, and almost everything for normal maintenance and repair is easily accessed via floor hatches or under the hood. The interior is very odd looking but functional, the Ford has a much nicer looking Dashboard layout though. I do have to say though this Promaster's dashboard feels very durable and just makes it feel like a big rig compared to a wagon like the Fords did. I may be weird but I like feeling like I'm driving a Big Rig and ended up even loving that. Really my only complaint for the vehicle is the interior paint. I've hauled a few things so far and I swear the paint on the interior floor scratches just looking at it! I have ordered Hurculiner to roll onto the floor and wheel housings so I never had to worry about it again. Plan on doing 3 coats just to give it a nice thick barrier to protect the metal. Didn't really want to buy this 'Stupid Bug-eyed Van' as I called it at first... But good god I've ended up falling in love with it's useful design quirks and honestly fun to drive around high seating position! I swear I feel I could put anything in it and it would haul it without complaint, and the lower load floor has no step on the side or back doors and is level all the way across.
