Even though I bought my Town and Country at another dealer before AS built their dealership, I have received excelent service on my van each time I have brought it in. This includes any recall, extended warranty work, as well as anything else I needed done, such as routine servicing. All of personnel were professional, pleasant and helpful, even when I was in need of special service or attention due to time constraints. I really appreciate this dealer and their service, especially the transport back and forth when I don't have someone to help me with this. Thank you to all the smiling and helpful service dept!!

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

During our visit we were helped with no in and out process. This dealership cares about the whole car buying process. No matter the problem or issue, they will work for you. Never just a number always treated as most important part of the process. Thank you.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Walked in and was Greeted by Tony Polsinelli. He is Very helpful, very patient. I say patient because I have 3 little ones! Very nice, awesome sales man. Once I told him what I wanted he got right to it and made it happen! I was so happy he could made things work out for us into getting our dream vehicle! Thank you, once again Mr. Polsinell! I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.
