Good vehicle for my electrical business but having transmission issues not Shifting in automatic but ok in manual mode. Goes up to 30 mph then won't shift to next gear have to use manual mode

I called the Newton location and got Tom on the phone we had a great conversation about the truck I found on the internet. I made the appointment and when I arrived the next day he had the truck packed up front waiting for me with the door open and the keys on the seat. I took the truck for a test drive. When I came back to the lot I was introduced to Albert. He took me to the office and in 10 min had the deal done with a handshake. 1/2 hour later I was driving home in my new truck.
