Dan Langley puts the experience in Experience Manager. Enjoyed my Lexus for a long time and when it came for something new I immediately fell in love with a Porsche listed at Towbin. I put in a request for info online and was contacted quickly via text by Dan (appreciated text via the random call that always happens while you’re busy.) After learning this would be my first performance sports car purchase, he made it clear he was willing to be a resource for me - even if I didn’t end up buying from him. Very kind but also brilliant long-game move. ;) Dan had the car ready and waiting when I got there and was patient through my looooong test drive and all the questions I had. This was a big purchase for me and I’ll admit I am pretty critical and a bit distrustful of car sales people so I’m probably not the easiest customer. Dan didn’t take anything personally and, dare I say, was perhaps even empathetic. The lack of a DME (rev) report was a big sticking point for me since over revs on a manual Porsche can equal trouble down the road. Knowing this report can only be completed with special equipment, Dan took it down to Trophy Performance, a trusted Porsche specialist, and had the report completed for me the next day which I really appreciated. This car was probably the most inexpensive one on the lot but I never felt rushed; Dan was patient, professional and willing to share his knowledge and experience with me from start to finish, even helping me get my bluetooth synced up after the purchase was made and helping with aftermarket questions. He also kindly gifted me a nice Ferrari book before I drove off (I had shared how much of a sports car aficionado my dad is) and put my 16 year old step daughter and I behind the wheel of some pretty fancy cars just for fun as we waited to wrap up the sale. I came in with my own financing, but Troy helped us wrap up paperwork and was very personable as well, chatting through the tediousness that can come with all those final signatures. All in all- what I’m saying here is - just ask for Dan. He’s great at what he does but also seems like decent human being which does count for something when you’re making a big purchase.

On saturday 2-1-26 we picked up our 2019Honda sport, which I purchased from Alan with help from Cory.The vehicle was showroom clean.Alan answered all our questions,even ordered and extra keyand touch up paint.Our grandson drove his vehicle back to collegeSunday.I would recomend this dealership to my friends and family.The ride to Akron was well worth it, 45 minutes.I am 82 years and have never seen so many clean exoic cars.Jay Linall would be jealous.I hope I will not be sorry.Tkank you again Alan and Cory.

I went back and forth on it for about a week, and surprisingly, the car was still available. At one point it disappeared, then popped back up on another site—that’s when I decided to reach out. That’s when Deni contacted me. We started with text, and he shared some details about the car, but I had already done my homework on its history. I’m not new to BMWs—I previously owned a 2003 5 Series and currently have a 2009 M5—so I understand the maintenance and upkeep that comes with these vehicles. Still, buying one online made me a bit uneasy. All of that changed once Deni and I got on FaceTime. I sent him a virtual shot of Clase Azul and told him since I’m buying a car virtually, you gotta take a shot virtually. Of course he didn’t, but I thought it was cool! My wife has already been eyeing a few cars on their lot, so I’ll definitely be back for another purchase soon (she didn’t even know I bought this one until it showed up!). I also want to be clear: this is a used vehicle, and with any used car, you should expect some level of maintenance. That’s not a knock on the dealership—it’s just part of the reality of buying pre-owned. This review is based purely on my experience with Deni and the buying process. For context, my mechanic—who worked for BMW for over 10 years—has handled most of my maintenance. My M5, which I bought at 60k miles, is now at 243k and still runs strong. He wasn’t thrilled about this purchase due to the known maintenance demands of the N63 engine, but he’ll be doing a full inspection this weekend. I also have an appointment with BMW to get the display key programmed, as it wasn’t synced to the car. All in all, this was a great experience. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth everything went, and I’m looking forward to doing business with Da Vinci Automotive again. 5-star experience, no question.
