This is my second purchase of a vehicle from Jumbo Luxury Cars and I must say that the service and level of professionalism this time, exceeded my expectations.
My wife and I were fortunate to have the benefit of a salesman by the name of Mike, who guided us through not only the question of the vehicle’s selection and financing but also finalized for us the Titling...all of which saved us a lot of time.
This gentlemen Mike, went beyond the call of duty in answering all our questions even after closing hours and kept in touch after the purchase to make sure all went well.
It’s because of persons like Mike that vehicle purchasing can be made simply and easily. We wish him and Jumbo, all the very best.
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.

I have been buying cars for over 40 years now and Lou Forti at Boston Lamborghini is THE best! I am on my third Lamborghini here, first purchase was a new 2015 Huracan coupe a few years back, and I just picked up a new 2017 matte black Huracan Spyder 610-4. I also just traded in my Matte Black Aventador SV (it is currently in the showroom in case anyone is interested:)). Lou gave me his personal cell phone number right off the bat and he texts and/or calls back immediately, even on his days off. The manager there Rich is fantastic to work with too. Really just two of the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks again guys and I'll be back for my Matte Black Performante Spyder next year:)

Joe, Lee and Larry are excellent to deal with. I purchased a 2017 Maserati GranTourismo MC Centennial from them and could not be more pleased with the quality of the automobile. Their dealership stores all their cars inside and it is like walking through an exotic car toy store. This is a dealership for the true car enthusiast. The price I paid for my car was one of the best in the USA.
Found car online, listed as under $59K. Emailed for information. No response so I called a second time. Got energetic, young and professional salesperson. Car price was unfortunately very high for a 2007 at $79K. Too bad as car sounded very nice but with price equal to 2010 DB9's and in 2012 Virage territory.
I recently retired from the Military and told myself I wanted a luxury car, something I always admired and wanted. I made an appointment to test drive a Jaguar. Hilda was my sales agent and welcomed me with open arms. She was very professional and was willing to do whatever it took to get me in the car that I wanted. She never gave up on me and gave me my space when I needed it and when it was time to close the deal she was all in. I would 100% recommend Hilda to anyone who is looking for a luxury car. I appreciate her hard work and dedication.
Shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned GT Coupe I came in contact with almost all the dealers in California during the process. Beverly Hills Bentley was wonderful to work with and was much quicker to respond than any of the others. They wanted my business. I made contact initially with someone over the phone who then provided me all the information I needed. I asked a ton of questions and she answered all of them. She found a car that met my needs in their inventory. FYI, this dealership has more cars than any of the other dealers. I came in, loved the car and was driving home an hour later. Their finance department was great and shopped hard to find me the best rate. I was pleasantly surprised at the price we worked out for the car, they gave me a great deal. The entire experience was excellent. They sell a lot of Bentleys here and its no surprise, very easy to work with and very professional. I'll be back for sure
The service department is great and received professional service with respect to the service personnel and the quality of work performed. However, it took 50 minutes for me to get a loaner vehicle and the people working in the rental car department were not friendly and courteous. There definitely needs to be a lot of improvement in the loaner car department. It needs more staff and training that staff to make the customer feel appreciated.
I have been shopping for a particular car and missed my opportunity. However the staff were very courteous, attentive and accommodating. Very good experience. I just wish I contacted them a day earlier!
