I was involved in a terrible car accident on March 4, 2026, driving home after work, the driver of a Nissan came out of nowhere, he failed to stop at the stop sign and jetted out of a parking lot in front of me causing me to collide into his vehicle T-boning into his vehicle, I didn’t have time to brake, all I saw and heard was crashing noise and my airbags deployed totaling my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, I hadn’t had a car payment in five in a half years, I was left in shock and heartbroken, we all say what we want to achieve in life however the Lord has his own plans. My daughter Deidra and Seven year old granddaughter Journee-Reign, met Mr. Lance Noel who’s a wonderful warmhearted caring salesman, I shared my story with him, he listened and understood the message, Mr. Lance allowed me to test drive the MLC 300 and without delay I was sold, Mr. Lance Noel knew exactly what my heart wanted. Mr. Lance introduced me and my kids to Mr. Steve, his manager who was even more heartfelt and caring, Mr. Noel and Steve gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse, my MLC 300 arrived from Texas on March 9,2026, Mr. Noel called me and told me that I can come pickup my vehicle. I called the dealership as I was very interested in an automobile that they had I spoke with Alan he was very nice I sent him photos and necessary information on my vehicle that I want to trade I reviewed their offer and it was very fair. After more consideration we decided to keep the car we have but when we do buy a high end car I will keep this dealership in mind.

I bought a 2019 F150 Raptor at Elite Motor Cars a few weeks ago and after driving home I read online that there was a nationwide service for the truck that affected the performance. Unfortunately the service expired in 2023. I didn't call at first because I did not want to hassle anybody since it was already almost 2025. I finally called and spoke to Robert the sales rep that sold me my truck and informed him of the situation. Robert told me that he would speak to the owner Alex and get back to me. Literally 30 mins later, I received a call back and information that I had an appointment at the nearby Ford dealership a few days later and the service would be completed. These guys are awesome! That's going way beyond normal customer service, taking the time to assist someone after weeks from the purchase. I highly recommend Elite Motor Cars and would do business with them again.
