Not only did they make me feel comfortable doing so by providing me with detailed pictures and videos, they also disclosed to me any imperfections on the vehicle. They went above and beyond to assist me on my purchase and they delivered the vehicle to my in a timely fashion. Full-disclosure I didn't end up buying the car I was considering from Da Vinci (ultimately I bought a different class of new vehicle instead), but I received phenomenal service from Rudolf. He was informative, helpful, and patient. He was timely in his responses and answered every question I asked. The reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of the communication experience with the dealership as a whole. Early on I received communicae from multiple individuals, and some of the details of my questions was lost. I had different people asking me questions that I'd previously answered. In any case, Rudolf took over and it was excellent henceforth.
