BMW Mountain View Service - i3 servicing

I brought in my 2014 BMW i3 for an in-warranty service as my dashboard was showing a malfunction with airbag module. I was promptly assisted, given a loaner as the diagnosis and service would take more than a day. I was given updates every day at 5pm on the status. Although the actual service took 4 days, it did not bother me because I had a loaner, and also becoz I was kept updated on the status all throughout. A couple of days after the servicing was over, I got a call from my service advisor (John) asking me how my car was doing. I really appreciate that !
