From my first telephone call with Vinnie to inquire about the Porsche 911 the had advertised, to the morning I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable this was someone I could work with. Had the pleasure working with Ihsan Alhaffar. Can’t say enough but will be real clear; best salesman I’ve ever worked with, and that’s dozens and dozens of cars, from exotic to domestic. Put it this way, I came in prepared to buy a 80k car and Ihsan talked with me about my wants and needs and I bought a 40k car. Talk about unheard of…the best experience. Also, their inventory is top quality used, not the local exotic chop shops.

I had a great experience at The Platinum Collection. Mr. Rudy was the highlight—super professional, patient, and zero pressure, which is rare for a Miami dealer. He really knows his stuff and made the car-buying part easy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the paperwork took a bit longer than expected. Aside from the wait, everything was top-notch. If you go, definitely ask for Rudy!

Four years ago, I bought a Rolls-Royce from Rusnak Rolls Royce dealership. As I walked into the dealership, I made contact with a gentleman named Ricky Williams. Who is the sales managers at the dealership. He approached me with a professional demeanor and he was really helpful in many ways. I was able to purchase a Rolls-Royce which I am very happy with today. I was impressed with how he presented himself and the way he represented Rusnak as a brand. He showed me a number of different vehicles and he gave me a great advice on each vehicle that I inquired about. . In addition gave me all the details about each vehicle that I asked when I sent the car in test drove it. He described each of the different features that came with the vehicle in great detail. I bought the car and have been happy with it ever since.. I also got lots of help from Ray who also works at Rusnak and he too was an amazing help. He gave me some great advice on the cars and he steered me in the right direction in terms of which one to buy. He help me with the financial side of purchasing my vehicle. and was able to explain things in great detail. Rusnak is my place to shop.i thank you.

They were very easy to work with but I didn’t see the flaws in the paint in the photos online. However I love the car even though it is a bit beat up. It is a 2014 after all.
