It was totally a wonderful experience. No high pressure sales. Amed was calm and relaxed making it me feel calm and relaxed, especially for a young man with a new dealership. He knew his product which is refreshing and follow through with customer service to the end even repairing a minor interior problem. The car was super clean and is a thrill to drive. I predict that this young man will grow his business rapidly with this kind of business ethics. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
I just bought a car for my teen daughter and we are very happy with our Fares car! Danny the owner was great on phone, and easy to do business with. It was the 3rd car I looked at and it was beautiful. His dealership is squeaky clean and all of his workers were very sweet with us. We struck a good deal and feel both were happy. I would highly recommend the dealer!
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
This is a low-pressure organization with Good People selling used cars with a bit of performance at low prices. I bought a nice 2011 Kia Forte EX from them and was impressed by their honesty and transparency. This car was priced comparably to 8 other cars I considered at other dealerships -- all of which were higher priced and of lower quality. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.
Blair does not stand by the vehicle he sold me. The transmission needed repairing, and he said everything else was fine. I've had check engine light after check engine light. Failed sensors. The transmission after his friend's rebuild shifts like crap. Tried to get help under his 6 month guarantee on the transmission, but he told me not to contact his friend. He did everything he could to prevent me signing up for additional warranties. When I contact him for help he says it's an as-is sale and i'm SOL outta luck.
Last month I had the pleasure of dealing with Travis Trupiano in the service department for my F250. His prompt and professional attention went way above my expectations and has renewed my faith in OEM service centres. Thumbs up to whatever they are doing there to manage this level of service.
