Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.
First, I ended up not buying a car here but that was only because they didn't have quite what I was looking for. I do want to say that I had a very pleasant experience at Fitzgerald Outlet, though. I worked with Walter "Chet" Wilkinson and he was superb. Knowledgeable, pleasant and best of all not in the least bit pushy or a typical "car salesman"; I'd have just walked out in that case. I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership (who had a similar philosophy as Fitzgerald - no haggle. no pressure) and it really only boiled down to the fact that the other place happened to have a vehicle which fit the bill, so to speak. I very much would recommend Chet and company if you're in the market for a used car - no plaid jacket and smoke and mirrors.
My Saturn Sky was starting to give up the ghost. I wanted another sporty car, but I needed one with power seats to get in and out of more easily and a couple of other features (manual transmission for one-love shifting through those gears). A search online lead me to Genuine Motorcars. They had just the car for me. However, never having bought a car online (and out-of-state) before, I was hesitant. I had attempted an on-line purchase previously, but it went badly. But I'm glad it did, because I got the car I should have had all along instead of the car I thought I wanted. After talking to Nick, Chris, and Tom on the phone, my worries disappeared. I was able to quickly arrange a car loan and took the train down to Tampa to drive the car back back home. Tom picked me up at the station for my salesmen Nick and Chris. They are all extremely cordial, and most of all professional. Tom sat in the car for the better part of an hour going over all the controls with me. Chris took me out on the test drive. I also talked to Tom, the owner for a half hour. The entire process from initial e-mails and phone conversations to final purchase was to everything I could have asked for. Thanks so much for the pleasant transaction! Had a ball driving the car back home. Kudos to the entire staff of Genuine Motorcars.
I know it’s an oxymoron but these are truly honest people. We went to look, no pressure just looked around.
Went back several days later and the salesman looked at me and said your car came in. He recognized us and what we had been looking for.

We came in just because we were driving by and thought we'd take a look. Had not intended to buy a car today. Charlie was so personable and gave so much more information than I've ever had at other dealerships. He knew everything about all the vehicles. Spent SO much time with us, and did not make us feel rushed. So,we decided to buy a car. What a surprise!
This was my second experience in 5 years using Julian's Auto Showcase to sell a car for me. I would not have returned if I was not pleased the first time. I was so pleased the first time that I referred many friends over the years.
Steve Ferguson's courtesy and attention to detail was demonstrated quickly when preparing my car for showings. His attitude and knowledge were tantamount.

Gotta tell you I was a little leery leaving my Mercedes SL500 in their hands to sell. However, after meeting Steve Ferguson in person, after speaking with him on the phone, I was at complete ease to leave the car there to sell. They went out o their way to fix a few minor issues the car had and were extremely fair with pricing those repairs. The car was sold for the price agreed and would have no problem referring business to them. It's sure is nice to find a business, especially a car business, that does what they say and follow through. Great operation!!

Peter LaCroix could be the cream of J Linn's sales force. He was courteous, patient, and knew how to close the deal. I knew what I wanted when I researched what J Linn Motors had on website. I was more familiar with cadillacs having owned several in my life than perhaps Peter was but I'm glad my recognition of a relatively small problem was what I thought it was because I got a great deal even after that problem was resolved through my own mechanic. I now own an '05 Cadillac Deville that I can say gets 30+ mpg on the highway and more than the estimated city mpg by most estimates. RB Auto service only deals with Cadillacs and Corvettes & those people know they are experts. Thank you Russell. Thanks Peter for dealing with me fairly.
Contact by phone, representative was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have not purchase the vehicle as yet but I like the courteous manner in which I was treated. My daughters and son-in-law will visit to see vehicle I wish to buy.
Although I did not purchase they were professional and non invasive . The lot was clean with good quality inventory. I was looking for something specific for my daughter this time but I will check them out again.
It didn't take long for the dealer rep to reach out to me, which was great! Unfortunately, due to my current work situation, I have been and will be on the road for several weeks. So, I haven't been able to drop by. But from when I initially reached out to the dealer, they responded, giving me the info that I needed. As soon as I am able to drop by, I will!
