One of the most fun to drive and reliable cars you will find. Nice engine and decent performance for the money makes this an amazing value. Driver and front passenger positions are very comfortable with a surprising amount of leg room for the rear passengers as well, especially considering this is a two door coupe. Headroom is a little tight if the rear passengers are taller than 6' though, so be sure to check that out before purchasing if that could be a potential issue.

Now I want to start off by saying I was very reluctant to purchase a car from a used car dealer, because of all the war stories I have heard in the past. But I was pleasantly surprised with the service at Premier. I went there with the intention on just looking at a car that I saw on their website, and normally when you walk on a used car lot there are multiple salesman coming from all angle’s like it’s some kind of feeding frenzy. But not here, only one person came up to me asked if I needed any help and when I said no I was just looking he smiled and left me to inspect the car on my own, which was a shock to me. And once I was done I asked him to come back and he answered all my questions about the finance process quickly and honestly. Now I have bad credit and normally I get treated like nothing because of that but that didn’t change anything with them. In fact they brought me in the office and walked me through the process like I had an 850 credit score. The finance manager worked really hard to get me a loan and I know he did because like I said my credit is BAD. I couldn’t even get a toys r us credit card and they got me a BMW. I didn’t go in to purchase the car that day but the service was so good that I made the deal right then and there. Oh and did I forget to mention there was NO HIDDEN FEES!! Now that’s amazing especially now a days. But all in all I had a great experience at Premier automotive and I can’t wait until I have to get a new car

I was only looking for a car with a Carfax report and this place had them. Online they have a good selection of cars. I did my homework online before going in. Before walking in I already knew what I was looking for (I had narrowed it down to two cars). From the time I walked into the dealer to the time I left, I felt welcomed. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions. My salesman, Siggy listened to all my requests and concerns. He was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This car is perfect to find parking in the city of Los Angeles, it is also very economic on gas. The only thing is that inside it doesn’t have a glove compartment, the light is very simple. But other than that I’m happy with it because now I can park pretty much anywhere in LA.

In the area to visit family and needed to replace our grandson's hazardous vehicle with something reliable and economical. After extensive online research we visited Premium and found the perfect car...a 2003 Chevy Impala with low mileage and in excellent condition. Andy and Laura made the process go smoothly and within a few hours everyone was happy! We recommend them most highly for their attention to detail and follow-up service when the Check Engine light came on... working with my grandson's school/work schedule...to repair the problem. For the past 15 years, your service staff has solved my problems and maintained my vehicle with courtesy and responsibility. Because they have never taken advantage of obvious opportunities to 'up-sell' me on a service visit (e.g. "Maybe I need brake work" "We checked; and no you don't") I tend to trust their recommendations when they DO make them. They are competent, reassuring, and realistic about estimating the time service will require. This last visit was one of those diagnostic mysteries - the dashboard brake warning was on, and yet it was pretty clear to me even when I brought it in that the lights were functioning. It took a while but they found the single bulb among multitudes that needed replacing. Job done; car washed; $33. Off and running.

I use the Scion iM for commuting as I have a high performance car for fun and driving in nice weather. The iM is the perfect commuter car for me. Great features for the price, very reliable and economical both in terms of good miles per gallon and low maintenance requirements. Not the quickest car around but it’s more than adequate for commuting and will cruise at 80MPH with ease. its also very quiet inside for an economy car. I’m very happy with the car.

My car has over 200,000 miles and is a stick shift. I do regular oil changes with synthetic oil at 5,000 miles. So far, in total lifetime repairs (I've owned it since 12,500 miles) I have spent about $1800 for major repairs (a bearing and something i can't remember in the engine). I would buy this car again.

I was waiting on another service rep with whom I made the appointment. He was busy with another customer. I mention to an employee that I was really in a hurry to be on time for my hair appointment at 1 pm & that unexpected traffic in Dallas (unexpected traffic in Dallas...my bad) put me behind my schedule. Soon Jim came over to take care if me instead. I so appreciated that! He took my info, got my car in the "que" & when I told him about about possibly being late to my next appointment- took the time to walk with me to see if the driver for the courtesy ride was ready & available. The driver was & I took advantage of that ride. I arrived at my appointment only 2 minutes late! That was great! Then when I received a follow up call, today, about how my service went- I shared that I inadvertently left my receipt at the cashier's office. While I was on the phone with Jim, he emailed me a copy right there and then! That is service I will return for! Roy Coleman has taken excellent customer care of us through the years & when I neglected to ask for him yesterday while making my reservation, it is GREAT to know that there are other great reps to take care of my needs. I purchased one of the very first Scions back in 2004. It was very reasonably priced. They had a set price and there was no haggling. It was not a sports car by any means but I figured it would get me back and forth to work and was extremely comfortable! It was also great for putting in a lot of supplies that I needed for my work. I loved that car and people use to stop me at traffic lights and parking lots to ask me what it was. It looked like a box. People teased me for years calling it many different names including the box, the refrigerator and many others. It was unique to say the least. I drove that car for over 14 years and only had 108,000.00 miles on it. The only problems that I ever had with it was that it was literally falling apart. My husband decided that I needed a new car so we had to trade it in for a Kia Soul. I cried when I left it but I am glad that I finally got a new car.

Apologies for the formatting, line breaks don't seem to work in the review.-------------- Pros: Price listed online was the actual price Salespeople willing to follow up on your requests for info No hassles taking the vehicle to a mechanic, encouraged to do so ---------- Cons: No adjustments in price on the vehicle Low value on trade (individual vehicle, could be different for others) ----------- I sent a request to Impex Auto sales requesting information about a specific vehicle, they were prompt in getting back with me, and checked in several times to let me know it was still on the lot (I had to drive a fair distance to look at it). While this could have come across as pushy Robert did a good job of making sure I had the info I needed before I left my home. ------------ The vehicle itself was as described. After taking it to a third party mechanic I was told that it was in generally good condition, but would need the front brakes changed soon and the spare/jack was missing. For anyone looking at a purchase I would recommend getting a mechanic to check your vehicle out, as Impex doesn't currently have a servicing dept. (this is a best practice regardless of the dealership) ------------ Impex agreed to replace the missing tire and carjack, but wouldn't adjust the price for the brakes, since it had passed the state inspection recently. Their offer for my trade was fairly low. The vehicle had issues but I had been offered substantially more by a carmax in my area within the last month. If you have any questions about the value of your trade I would recommend finding an alternate way to sell it (based on my experience) ------------ I completed the purchase ( I had my own financing so can't comment on their process) and got ready to go but the jack hadn't been placed in the vehicle. Once I called their attention to it this was resolved, but if I hadn't checked I would have driven off without it. ------------- Overall I'm happy with my experience. I got a decent price on the vehicle I went to the dealership to buy. While the experience wasn't perfect (anticipated repairs not adjusted on the price, low trade value, jack not placed in vehicle) I was pleased by the responsiveness of the staff to my requests, a pleasant overall experience, and would recommend this dealership to anyone who has done their due diligence on their purchase.

Ever since day one, this car has amazed me. It is not a muscle car. It is more. It is a performance car that builds driver confidence. I could be foolish and say it could use more power but that would be illogical considering the average road conditions where 0-60 in 3 seconds is meaningless from both a safety and fuel consumption perspective. It's fine the way it is 0-60 in about 6 seconds. It is relentless through back road curves and turns not to mention its svelte design that women just love, if that is even important. Buy this car. It will not disappoint.

NextGear is the best! Top notch customer service, and they were extremely reasonable with their pricing. I called up to ask about a car and within a day I had some new wheels! I felt extremely comfortable with their staff throughout the entire process, whereas I felt like the salesmen at the bigger dealerships were just trying to run my bill up to make the biggest commission they could. The staff at NextGear felt like family by the time it was all said and done! I initially wanted to purchase 2017 elantra deal on the national TV AD (129/mo lease for 2017) but the hyundai USA website did not have it. So, I went into Shortline Hyundai to find out more about it, and compare Hyundai with other competitive lease at other automobile manufacturer. The sales person Yoseph was very friendly and showed us the car and even offered to see number without pressure. Yoseph and Rod (manager) told us that they ran out of 2017 base (se and.or sel) for lease, and they will try to go close to 2018 model. While we waited for number, we checked Shortline and other hyundai inventory online by using my phone. Rod K (manager) and Yoseph was absolutely right and saved us time by not visiting other Hyundai or other manufacturer. With Yoseph and Rod K's professionalism, "just looking at the numbers" visit to many other dealerships became a purchase we are happy with. A+ service.

Purchased vehicle specifically for a 30 mile commute. Best traffic vehicle I have ever driven. Responsive and quick. Maneuverability is excellent and necessary considering that NO ONE in traffic pays attention to the road any more. Most people are on their cell phones. Observe for yourself, if you are not too busy being the person causing problems in traffic because you are on your phone instead of paying attention to the ROAD.

I have now bought 4 cars from Highline and have had the best experience ever. May 2017, I bought a 1999 red Porsche 911 (996) from Highline. I never thought I would own a Porsche so it was a dream come true. Then in December 2017, I bought a BMW X1 for my daughter. Another excellent purchase. About three months ago, I traded in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler (that I loved) for a Porsche Panamera 4. I love that car and can???t wait until I can drive it in the snow. Having said all of this, I still was in the market for a 911 convertible with AWD (my real dream car). Well I bought one (and traded in my red 911 and got a fair deal) from Highline. I now have the car of my dreams and it is awesome! James, Charlie, Chad, Tony, and Mike have just been great! These guys also service my cars. I went to Porsche dealership for service and they did a great job but they also had dealership prices. The sales and service are both remarkable and I will only deal with these gentlemen from now on. Honestly these guys have great used cars with excellent prices and service. If you have a problem, speak directly with them and they are more than happy to help straighten out any issue. I bought my 2012 Scion iQ used with 40,000 miles and in excellent shape. After 2 months of owning this little car I love it. It’s good on gas and has performed flawlessly. It’s a great value for a used car. I know the looks and comments I get on it all the time. Mine is the hot lava orange color. It’s not the most refined car but for what it is it’s a great reliable vehicle.
