I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with CarMax has been so outstanding that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, they’ve redefined my expectations for buying a vehicle. I found a car online that checked every box for me—low miles, all the specs I wanted, and fantastic photos that gave me confidence in its condition. The only catch? It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. If you’re on the fence about where to purchase your next vehicle, I can’t recommend CarMax enough. From great trade-in offers to their stellar warranty program and impeccable customer service, they’ve won me over as a fan for life. I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

I went to Service Dept of Joe Myers Kia for a service needed for my Kia. Favio took care of my needs. He was very tentative to my concerns and solved it during my first visit.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle through Carmax. My first time, three years ago, was for myself purchasing and exact vehicle I wanted. I called ahead, was able to work through what I wanted, and re-directed to another location that had the exact vehicle I was looking for. No hassling about buying something from their specific location. Great customer service, the car was in excellent condition (as confirmed by the Volvo dealership I had it serviced at subsequently). I still have and love that car. My most recent experience was at Carmax in Madison, WI. I have been searching for a well-maintained used vehicle for my newly-licensed teen. With the used car market spiking, I've been monitoring my searches for months. The perfect vehicle (with everything both my teen wanted and I required from a safety perspective) popped up in New York. For a reasonable fee they were able to put the vehicle on hold and transfer it to my local dealership in WI. I was able to do the financing over the phone in advance of the vehicle's arrival. Once it arrived, I was notified and an appointment set to test drive. The car was exactly as described, in good condition and no hassling or negotiations needed. The prices are reasonable based on current market conditions with a set margin built in. The financing is a little on the high side, but they provide a 3 day window to bring in a check from your own lender so it makes it easy to balance the rate vs convenience (and GAP coverage). I had one issue with the vehicle after getting it home. I contacted the dealership and it was addressed within a half hour. I am absolutely happy with both my experiences at Carmax and would (and have) recommend them for your next vehicle.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

Great selection. No games. Worth the extra drive. I saved money, time, and was able to have an enjoyable experience instead of feeling that the dealership was out for the sale only.

I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

Mr.Conn is a really patient and not a pushy person. He did everything in his power to get me a nice vehicle and he worked his magic and made it happen.

It’s a sport car! Can get a honda or toyota with the same price but basic features. Totally worth the value. This is good for personal and family use.

I’ve never purchased a car from out of state but my experience with Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and Broderick Bennett just might be a game changer! It has been a wonderful experience and all we have done is email back and forth! For the past 15 years I have been dealing with Crown Mercedes Benz or Crown Euro Cars of Dublin on my purchases. Well, we will see what the future holds! I’m thinking change is in the air! Highly Recommend this Dealership!

Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!
