Not having had great experiences buying vehicles in the past my sister and brother-in law highly recommended Pingery, I knew I was looking for a truck and found one on their website I liked just not the color. I called Dave Scott he said it would take him a half hour to find it. The next day they had it in and we drove it on a Saturday and decided it was the one. The buying process is always what I dread but up front he gave my their price, with all of Ford's great rebates and my trade and down I have a truck I love and can afford. That was the most pleasant experience I've ever had I would buy their again.
car in for seat moving; found the problem .
asked for a lube forgot to do . said it'd take an hour, I thought that was long but said go ahead.
When it was finished I said I never had a lube job take so long.
Said they did several more item, like check brakes , wash windows that wasn't done and a couple of other items, including rotate tires WHICH I HAD DONE ONLY 2 WEEKS AGO, since this was my 1st time they should have told me what there lube job entails.
Called with multiple issues. They were able to get me in the following day. The service department was able to get everything resolved in a few hours, and worked with my extended warranty company to cover the repairs. The service department was top notch.
We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!
Service good.... issues with sales tactics for further repairs recommended. Dramatic, making it sound more urgent than needed. She came out and said my rear brakes were at 2mm or what ever, mentioned soon would be metal on metal and did i want to schedule...at that point i interupted and asked why this wasnt mentioned in July when i had my car serviced, tires rotated, and free inspection. The last time my brakes were mentioned was a couple years ago when they were at 4. (At that time it was recommended i start thinking about replacing them).. she and greg dug through my file and had no answer to my question. I then said i have to drive to CA the next week, and Greg said oh you will make it there... so i asked why the girl made it sound so urgent? Again no answer.
As always, we are treated with respect. Our questions are answered. We are made aware of what needs done and why. The staff are very competent, friendly, and courteous to us and, by our observation, to each other. It appears to be a good workplace environment.
I've played the car buying many time in my like and I do appreciate the professionalism I found with Mike Boner and UAC. I was not pressured and felt Mike did have my interests at heart. Vehicle was clean and as advertised. How often do you hear take your time and check around before you buy, from a dealer? Nice!
Was very impressed with the help and ease of buying a new car...Made it very unstressful...would recommend them to anyone who needs a new or used vehicle !!
