From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

Love the stop on a dime ability. Safety is the best car tested, it bounces off other car's and wall! Be sure to wear seat belts. I'm concerned if when I get into the car will it have enough battery power? Price right with low mileage. I dropped my insurance coverage since my head gasket blew which most dealerships will not let me take car on freeway and tole way. Is this an excuse not to let me drive it on freeway since I have perfect driving record? Where can I take this car on a test drive with perfect driving record TX Driver license?

The reason I went to Stephen Wade was that a friend had advised to go there and ask if they could match a pending deal for a Ram truck that was offered by a dealer in Phoenix. That deal had seemed to good to be true - a chance in a lifetime. But timing and circumstances made it difficult to make the drive to Utah and I was not certain that this dealer would honor the price of the 2017 Ram and the trade-in they had offered for my truck online So I drove the short distance to Stephen Wade and they spent a lot of time with me - talking about trucks and cars and rebates and looking for available vehicles on their lot that came close to what I had in mind. And they opined that maybe the deal in Phoenix was just to attract customers and not valid. What they did was locate a 2017 Ram truck, base model, that I liked and said they would order it and gave me a good price,. And they checked out my truck and told me the amount they would offer for that trade-in. I was disappointed at the trade-in value. I had not cleaned it up and cleared out my stuff because I was not really looking to buy - just checking them out. But I liked the truck - as it appeared on paper, having tested a similar truck - so I accepted and we began the sale process and then it appeared that truck was no longer available. They located another of the same model with a more amenities at a higher price. I did not care for the extra features and I wavered - and they lowered the price and added rebates and it came to almost as good as the tentative offer in Phoenix, and by this time I was excited about getting a new truck. So I accepted and signed the papers. Then I regretted the decision since it will put me farther into debt and the Veterans Administration has decided to ignore some medical expenses for surgery by a doctor outside the VA. which I had expected to get them to pay. A friend advised me to go back to Stephen Wade and tell them I want to cancel the deal because it was not a good move for me financially. I did so. They told me there was no 3-day window to return a new vehicle in Utah, as the friend has suggested. But they worked on it and came back with an offer to effectively raise the trade-in allowance on my old truck and refund the increase in cash. I figured I could use this to make a couple monthly payments on debts and by then my situation would be more stable and so I was happy to accept. Then the truck arrived and I cleaned out my old truck and drove there and made the exchange. They took some time to explain features of the new truck, changes in technology that I will take time for me to get accustomed to. And they have called me since to check on how I am doing with the new truck. Mostly I am pleased at the amount of time and trouble they went to get me comfortable with the truck and the deal. And I love the truck.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

After seeing about 100 cars at other car lots, private owners and too many posting on Craigslist with various issues from oil leaks to catalytic converters, I arrived at M&F Auto who only show and sell vehicles that have passed all safety and sales assessments. 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring Rodrigo was the most professional car dealer I've ever done business with, and I have bought several cars! I never once felt that "used car salesman" vibe. I received way more money for my trade in than I anticipated, we're talking thousands of dollars! I definitely feel I got an excellent deal from O'Brien Mazda, and Rodrigo put everything together so quickly and effortlessly from start to finish. I got a 2018 black Mazda CX-5 Touring. All I can say is WOW! This vehicle is amazing, it has surpassed all my expectations and then some! I was initially going to get the base CX-5. Rodrigo noticed I fell in love with the touring edition, not only did he go above and beyond to get it in my color of choice. But somehow got the payments lower than expected. I've never left a dealership with a smile on my face ear to ear until last Thursday! If you or someone you know is looking for a new car I would recommend the new Mazda CX-5 Touring! But the car is only half of it, the experience of buying the car is the other half. That's why I recommend you go down to O'brien Mazda, but don't just see anyone. Make sure and ask for Rodrigo!

If u only need space for 2, this is the car for you. I am a car enthusiast and use this for my daily beater. The car is more car than most give it credit for and is fun to drive as an enthusiast. It handles and is capable at freeway speed. Unfortunately there won't be anymore of the gas powered cars here in the US. I don't know that I will replace this when the lease expires with the electric. I hope that Mercedes reconsiders and brings back the gas powered version.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Just purchased a '16 Frontier from Stacy and Zach at Lee. I rushed in and they were able to keep up with me. I purchased a Frontier 10 years ago (new) and so it was time to have it replaced. I met first with Stacy and she kept things moving for me and Zach was also called in to help. They had to bring in a vehicle from another dealer which they organized quickly and proficiently. I made a list of things I needed to remove from my old truck, (EZPass, license plates etc). As I drove back to the dealership in the loaner car the next morning to take delivery of the new vehicle, I remembered that I had forgotten to remove the dump sticker from my windshield, "shoot" I said to myself, with the vision of trying to explain to the lady at the dump how I had changed cars and lost my sticker., "ya right" I knew she would say. When Zach took me out to the truck when I arrived, he mentioned that he had noticed the dump sticker on my old truck and had removed it for me and had placed it on my new windshield. Details, details! Thanks much Zach and Stacy!

I've purchased several cars over the past 45 years..... from Chevy's to Ford's Nissan's to Cadillac's and even BMW's to Lexus. The one item that is generally a bit frustrating is the time it takes to sign, seal and deliver the new vehicle. This expereince in Lynwood at the Jaguar dealership was less than 1 1/2 hours.... Most of the other experiences have been 2 to 3 hours.....which causes one to think about another purchase on the next go around..... Not with Brent and Mel at Lynwood Jaguar. It was precise, quick and to the point. Thank you for a great experience!

I'm 6'4" and still have plenty of head room. Adjustable steering wheel tilt would have been a nice addition as part of the gauge cluster is obstructed by the top of the wheel. The left foot can't be extended because of the front wheel arch. In the dead of winter (temps in the negative teens F) range is down to 35mi - a garage is a must for those cold nights. On the positive side, I love the size of the car. Compared to the gas version which takes ages to shift gears, the electric is very smooth and takes off with plenty of pep. Very fun to drive and can always find a parking space. Short wheel base means the ride is a little bumpy, but that is not a complaint for me. Regenerative breaking is great feature. And the traction control work pretty well most of the time. Disabling traction control on icy roads doesn't work well, since the regenerative breaking works like an emergency break and locks up the rear wheels. Keep traction control off unless you need to climb up an icy driveway, otherwise, keep it on. If you could disable regenerative breaking, it would have been a different story. But even in heavy snows, the car is a champ. Heater heats up the cabin quickly. Seats are comfy. The seat belt is a bit clumsy to reach, but not the end of the world. Overall, highly recommended if your commute is 20 to 30 miles round trip. Feels like you are driving an exotic with people noticing you when you are on the road.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. The car is my first Smart Car and first EV. I have drove 130 miles so it has been pretty good. Only complaint/observation is that running the heater really eats up the battery, but I should of guessed that. Should be a efficient in town commuter.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Now that I own and drive an electric car, I will never go back. It handles like a high performance race car, it is solid on the road, extremely economical, clean and quiet. The service requirements are far less than I ever imagined. It is the most state of the art technology on the planet and it works!

We owned a Smart Fortwo for 10 years, and decided we wanted another one when it was time. The 2016 is lightyears ahead of the 2008 we had owned. Transmission is now powerful and seamlessly shifts gears, whereas the 2008 was clunky nad slow. The body redesign is sporty, and the interior is a bit more spacious. Our only critique would be the cup holders are awkwardly placed in front of the AC controls, and are too small to accommodate a good sized drink. This is probably due to its European origins.

Such a cool car - great performance, almost no maintenance requirements and you never have to go to a gas station.
