I bought a 2015 Audi A3 Convertible from Rich at eimports4less and I'm very happy. It was such a simple process and was all over in a few days. I sent an email through the website that I was interested in the car one night and sent the email to see if the car was still available and Rich called me the next day. After we spoke, we suggested that I complete financing form with a deposit. Afterwards, I was approved and could pick up the car in two days. You can't beat that...... The pick up also went smoothly and Rich was very accommodating and thorough. I felt the exchange was honest and didn't feel like I had somehow in the end, been cheated. I would recommend Rich to others in a heart beat!!

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
I purchased a used Lexus GX 460 from Whitson-Morgan Motor Company the day after Thanksgiving. I found my car on their website. Since I live in Amarillo, Texas, it was not convenient for me to drive all the way to Clarksville, Arkansas so I called the dealership and spoke with Jonathan Morgan. My family and I were going to Tulsa for the Thanksgiving holiday, and Jonathan agreed to send the car to Tulsa so my husband and I could test drive it. The two men who met us in Tulsa with the car were right on time and very helpful and friendly. We were able to make arrangements over the phone in case we wanted to purchase the Lexus. The finance manager and Jonathan worked with our bank so that we were able to sign papers and drive the Lexus home on Saturday. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Be sure to ask for Jonathan!
I was lucky to find Arizona Specialty Motor on Cars.com when I was looking for my next car. I wasn't in a hurry to trade up and more wanted a special treat for myself. I took my time and looked at dozens of listings for several months. I emailed a few dealers and outreached ASM. I received a personalized response (not a template email) with a cell phone number encouraging me to text if I was interested in a test drive. I sent a text and received a quick response. All of my questions were answered and solutions were offered (installing a back-up camera) in my desired vehicle, which no other dealer had even mentioned was an option. I stopped by after work and was greeted immediately. The car was cleaned and ready for my test drive. Chad and Drew were so friendly, so relaxed and simply talked to me like a person- not a sale. We chatted about fantasy football while watching MNF. They worked with me on a fair trade amount and I had a new car in 2 1/2 hours with my EXACT desired monthly payment; no haggling and tons of laughter. I really can't believe we accomplished so much before dinner. I would highly encourage anyone to bring their business to them. So happy with my purchase!
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
Keith in sales is top drawer, he found the vehicle with the options that best suited our business, and gave us all the information we needed to make a comprehensive decision - with out pressure to buy. I had a rather poor experience here. I went because the 4.9 Rating on cars.Com and they had the best list prices for the car I wanted. I went there expecting a good experience and it turned into a 6 hour long ordeal. Within 10 minutes I was dealing with a confrontational sales man who insisted they need to run my credit for me to shop. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This was the first shady thing. I requested a new sales man. After all I drove 2hrs there and didn't want to waste my time. So I decided on my vehicle and then came the negotiation time. They offered me 5000 under bluebook. Shady practice number 2. At this point I grab my stuff and was getting up to leave. The salesman kindly asked me to wait so I waited for one more offer which was still 3grand under blue book. I inspected the offer they had printed there was also like 5k in service contracts and extended warranties on there I didn't ask for. Shady practice number 2. They don't tell you the terms of the financing I had to confront them About it. At this point I told them I don't have time to play these games, I had already been there for 3 to 4hours, and to make a real offer or I'm leaving. I was pretty furious at this point. 3Rd offer came back with what I was expecting with one small correction they had door edge guards listed on the vehicle and they were not so I had them remove that charge. Even though this dealer ship list there vehicle prices as low on cars.Com they put dealer accessories on everything to boost the price back up. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
I have now Idea why this dealer ship is so underrated , this dealership , went way and beyond our expectations , the price and service was right , I was in and out in 45 min buying a new car , I worked with ALi from sales and his manager Sami thank you both .
