Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.
