Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!

The people who worked at the desk were very kind and polite. They took the time to explain everything that was done. But whoever worked on my car did not reset the alert that says my car needs service. So every time I start my Subaru it states i need immediate service. I have also been waiting on a sensor part for my Forrester since December 2022. I have not heard anything yet and have reminded them about the part twice already.

We just traded our 2019 Ascent Touring, 52K miles (purchased used with 18K miles, and about 18 months old). We had no issues with the SUV. The turbo is just powerful enough to not worry about the power when needed. Interior held up very well to all the passengers, cargo, and 2 basset hounds as well. We're already sad and looking to get another one (we had downsized to Outback, but miss the big brute for many reasons, one of which is its interior space). I see some negative reviews here with brakes and other recall items, but somehow, we didn't experience either of those. Like I said, we're looking for another one, in hindsight we should've kept it. The only gripe I have is the poor tire choice by the Subaru, the original tires didn't last beyond 25k miles, replaced them with Continental tires and those should last the next owner for a while (originals were rated at 35k miles). Will update this post once we find a new one.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I'm still driving the 2019 Ascent with 56k miles. Other than a few recalls handled quickly, no issues whatsoever. Dependable, quiet, performance, comfort. I just had a loaner of the 2023 Ascent Touring model and I was amazed at the improvements. While I am keeping and love my 2019, the 2023 has improved handling, quieter, the transmission is certainly smoother and a solid and comfortable ride. Perhaps it has to due with the Touring model. I am not certain. I find my Subaru dealer to be honest, supportive and with an educated staff. This Ascent is large, which I enjoy immensely and without any family. The fit and finish is outstanding and the dash is quality components. No cheap plastic knobs or low grade materials. I would encourage you to test drive one today.

AMAZING SERVICE! Dan went above and beyond to make sure we got the car that fit us the best. He didn’t mind us having as many test-drives as we needed and helped us get approved for the 2020 Audi Q5 when we decided. Not pushy, respectful and very helpful! Will come back for an upgrade!

Great SUV. Very comfortable, Performance is acceptable. I am 6' 2" and I have plenty of leg room. Even have to move driver seat forward to drive. Auto adjust feature for driver seat is nice. Wish it included side mirrors also. Only drawback I find is the gas mileage. In this day of soaring gas prices it is a huge downside.

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. Both Stephen and Brandon were excellent help when dealing with the whole car buying experience. From start to finish they were able to make the experience both easy and enjoyable. Both had a great attitude and truly showed their attention to customer service. Brandon has even gone out of his way via text/email to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase and to see if we need any assistance with apps on the car. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

My experience buying my crosstrek at Timmons Suburu was personally very stressful, but Moises helped me along the way. Moises was kind, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, and not pushy at all. He respected the time I needed to process everything and assured me of safety and longevity info. I had recently been in a very bad car accident and was very nervous about buying or being in a car again. Though I was not satisified by the options available as far as colors and trims etc for the Crosstrek, and they only had 3 on the lot in total sadly, I was still able to walk away with a Crosstrek. Moises has continued to check in here and there to make sure I'm satisfied and all set. Definitely one of the better experiences I have had buying a car, outside of my circumstances.

Even with an unplanned service drive visit, the service department's goodwill service got my daughter back on the road to Phoenix. The morning of, she noticed a low oil light on her Forester. With no spare oil to add, I sent her to the service department. They efficiently addressed the issue and included a quick under-hood check of other fluids. She arrived in Phoenix safely.
