2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. May 5, 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited Hybrid: We recently bought a 2026 Crosstrek from Rodney at Daryl Waltrip Subaru in Franklin, TN. We started looking for a sub-compact SUV 3 months ago and Rodney showed us the Crosstrek and explained all the features and took us for a test drive. We told him we would research Toyota, Honda, and Mazda and get back to him in a few months once we had time to research and not make a rushed decision. Fast forward we ended up wanting the Crosstrek and called Rodney and he found the exact car I wanted, and we settled on a reasonable price. Working with Rodney was the best sales experience my husband and I have experienced. He was fun to work with and good at his job. Kudos to the dealership! Ask for Rockin Rodney.
