This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. We recently had the tire pressure light go on and was able to get an appointment in 1 day. The service department even took us in early and the service man was polite and organized. The system is set up so that you always have text access to the department while waiting in a clean and pleasant area with gratis drinks and snacks and a TV. The service was free and at no charge. We have been continuously pleased with this dealership!
