Very professional, Very helpful, Very thorough. My neighbor has a Subaru from WandL and I did a random survey of drivers I saw with Subaru from WandL. All spoke very highly of them. They have called twice to make sure everything is OK. Sent several information emails.

Nick was great to work with and the rest of the staff was very friendly. I have had car salespeople in the past that have made me never want to buy a car again, but Nick was very welcoming, to the point, and never tried to upsell. I appreciate that.

Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Jason and his team did a stellar job on my Ascent. I brought it in for the 60K service and mentioned some potential issues with RPMs and a jolting sensation. Long story short, there was a transmission issue that had to go beyond the local team, to Subaru Technical service. The diagnostic testing was very thorough, as was the communication from Jason on what was happening. I was provided a lovely loaner, so there was zero inconvenience to me. My car was fixed under the warranty, and the final bill was less than expected. The whole experience was professional, kind and thorough. I really appreciate Jason, Adam and everyone else who worked on my car.

I just purchased a brand new 2024 WRX. I live about 120 miles away, but they had the best deal around and we worked everything out over the phone before I even arrived! No pressure, no nonsense they just gave me the deal I was looking for. They also gave me more for my trade than others were offering.

Subaru of Wyoming ValleyReviews
Subaru of Wyoming Valley review
We had an outstanding experience leasing our first Subaru thanks to Avery. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly polite, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions, ensuring we fully understood every detail of the process. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Thanks to him, we walked away with a great deal and an even better car. Thank you so much for everything, Avery!
