I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! We made an appt, fell in love with the newer MX-5 and actually at the same time purchased a CX-50 Turbo for me and I love it! I have never in my life written a positive review for a car dealership but Mazda North has been beyond amazing. The team we worked with - Jose, Alex, Dave in finance and Beth - were all incredible - efficient, helpful, understanding of a customers time, honest and just fun to work with. This is a great vehicle! I find it comfortable, well designed, and loaded with safety features that would cost far more in other makes of vehicle. The mileage is great, and I enjoy the stereo upgrade that came with my vehicle. The winter hasn’t proven to be a challenge-this vehicle does great even on unplowed roads. Couldn’t be happier with my Crosstrek, and I came to Subaru after owning three Ford Escapes that I really liked. I didn’t like the new body design of the Ford Escape, and decided to check out the Subaru. Glad I did!!

Our sales rep, Carlos, was amazing. Very professional and courteous. We completed the entire purchase electronically without ever stepping foot in the dealership. The whole process was very smooth and efficient, by far the best car buying experience we have had!!!

I'm used to driving a Sedan, and the Crosstrek is just as if not more comfortable. Gas mileage is great leather seats are comfortable. Driven 150 miles and only used 1/4 of a tank !!!

We've owned several Outbacks but wanted something smaller - the Crosstrek was a perfect fit. We love the solid feel and the zippier (compared to our old Outback) pickup. Inside the car feels roomy, but the trunk is a little small. So far, loving it!

Excellent service and quality service I bought my new car from them. I had my 2019 Subaru serviced in the morning and they discovered an oil leak and I bought a new Subaru very happy.

The car is spacious. Plenty of leg room. The controls are easy to understand and very visible. It has plenty of bells and whistles to play with. I should have owned one before.

On my annual visit I decided to wait for my service. I needed an oil and brake fluid change. I asked my dear service advisor, Aaron and he said 1.5 hrs. I thought, let me relax and wait. They have a very comfortable waiting area with wifi and comfy chairs, water, great coffee machine, Time passed quickly and my car was ready. Very friendly staff and excellent service!!

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

Eastchester is the only dealership I let touch my vehicle. I came in for an oil change through the Express Service and they got me right in and out. The staff is always friendly and they treat you like family.

I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.
