This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

Very clean for covid times which is great. The service dept excels- Luke is terrific and I never feel like a factory, cranking out the next customer. Clients matter - they know your name (no, it's not the Cheers bar) and value your business. Professional, reliable and they have gained my trust. The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

Brought in Outback for a leaking tire. Dealership patched it for a reasonable price and added a 10% coupon.

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. I came in looking for a new forester since there was a 0% APR incentive and I left with a brand new forester. From start to leaving the lot took about an hour and half at most. My salesman was very easy to work with, understood the car and explained its features very well. The only thing tacked on to the final price was something I didn’t even want to negotiate away since it really wouldn’t have made a difference in price and speaking of price, they were able to get very close to the number I wanted. I was impressed with everyone. Of course they all have to put on a smile and treat you like royalty, the nature of the business but it was nice. I was previously at another dealership the day prior for a $37k truck that ended up being $51k after everything, you can bet I walked out of that nonsense sales pitch. My new forester started at $39k and ended up being $41k after taxes and all that jazz so I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend going here but do your research before hand! You can also know just as much or more about what you want and do not be afraid to walk away, there’s always going to be cars out there!

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

Took the car in as I was hearing a slight thumping sound that I felt should not be happening. In no time I was told that I should have had the tires rotated that I had over-looked. Derik notified me of the problem, the solution and there was no charge

Great, friendly staff and fast service. Clean location. Had a maintenance plan, that I believe should have been long expired, but I still had a free oil change on it. They still honored it. Great customer service!
