I must take a minute to once again review Dan Perkins Subaru, Milford CT. Dan Perkins Subaru provides a great atmosphere with A+ Customer service and reliability. To start, I must mention this dealer's importance of recognizing and acknowledging customers. Everywhere, including the lobby area, passing the technicians, and in the service office everyone makes eye contact and hail a greeting. I, once again, would like to give a five star rating to Gil and Marc, from service, for yet another commendable service visit and for always going that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. And to also to add, the never-ending support of David. Last, but not in the least, the warm supportive staff of the service office. Thank you everyone.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. Mario was the salesman that worked with my buying my cross tech. I had a broken hand he was very patient with me considering I couldn’t drive. He came to my house with the paperwork and sat in my driveway going over all the cars functions. I would give him over 10 stars

Super easy to work with - Jason Jackson and the finance manager Muhammed, took care of everything so when we got there all we had to do was test drive the Ascent and sign the papers. Never had a better and easier experience than working with these guys.

On March 1 st late evening we purchased a 2026 Jeep Compass and Bobby Vaught was our sales person. He went out of his way to show us several vehicles and was very easy to talk to and helpful. The purchase of our vehicle ran past the 8 pm closing time and Bobby was still there and went over all the features of the vehicle with us- even though it was past the time he should have gotten off work to go home he was very nice and we are very thankful for him and his help. I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.

Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!

My experience with having my 2025 Outback's first service at Crown Subaru was great thanks to the professionalism of my service advisor Lucas Weir. He took time with me to explain every detail of the service and had a great personality and made what is usually a stressful event near enjoyable.
