Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
Best dealership by far that we have been to. Facility was very comfortable with good healthy snacks and beverages you want. Buying process was very quick and car was fully service before taken home. Averall rating is AWESOME. Thank you staff.
We purchased a 2017 every disappointed we were mislead on many things on this vehicle our salesman needs a little more experience in sailing cars we were told it was a turbo not true we were told it had all extras on it not true I know we should have done our homework a little better but we depend on the dealership bad mistake the manger after we contracted him was like well it’s your problem now they got our money we paid cash they don’t care now unfortunately we’re stuck with the car don’t get me wrong it’s a nice car but sure didn’t have the thing on it they said it did they offer us no recourse and unfortunately we have to take back there for our service we live about 2hrs away I’m looking into another dealership that will honor our service i would never buy another car from them again
BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
We lost our cars in the Camp Fire and so we had to buy several new cars. We went to several dealers and the salespeople descended on us like red meat. That is kind of what you expect from car dealers, but emotionally we were really having a hard time with it. When we went into the Infinity dealership we could not believe the causal, friendly environment there. We were greeted and then left to walk around alone and see what we liked. When we had questions, Steven was right there to answer but he wasn???t dogging us all over the lot. Once we felt like we had found the right car, Steven encouraged us to take our time. What sales person does that? At the other dealers we felt like we were surrounded by hungry salespeople that were pushing what they wanted onto us. Steven was like a family member. The color wanted wasn???t there and Steven happily drove to the Bay Area and picked it up free of charge. When we picked it up, the GPS didn???t work. Steven immediately gave us a loaner and offered to drive our out to us first thing in the morning (2 hours away). It is not just that they took care of us, they made us feel like they were happy to do it. If you want a great buying experience, that is the place to do it!
We worked with Sarah Farinsky and the Costco auto program. Sarah was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the QX50's features. There was no pressure and the Costco auto program seems to have gotten us the best price with no hassle. This was a great experience and I would recommend Roseville Infiniti, Costco auto, and Sarah to anyone looking to buy a new car.
Got my car from Jeremy in 2016. He???s great to work with, very patient, professional, and takes good care of his clients. He even follows-up with us 2 years later :). If I???m ever in the market for another Lexus, Jeremy is my go-to. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service! Thanks Jeremy :)

New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
This was the easiest car purchase we have ever had. Had an appointment with the sales manager (Steven), he even touched bases with me that morning. Sarah was assigned to us for the sale and consultant on the car we were interested in. From beginning to end it only took about 2 1/2 hours and that included walking us through the important features and what we might use the most. We couldn't be happier with this dealership. The purchase of my new RX 350 was the easiest and most relaxed of any I've had in the past. Everyone at Lexus of Roseville was friendly and accommodating, explaining all the steps in the process and making me feel comfortable. I was never pressured and was given ample time to make my decision. Scott Silverman was particularly helpful. I brought my previous Lexus to this dealership for service, which was excellent, and will definitely return here for service and future purchases or leases.
I highly recommend Future Nissan of Roseville for anyone looking for a quality car. Mr. Amir Lak was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Amir answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I never felt pressure from Amir or anyone at the dealership.
Scott took all the time needed to answer our questions and concerns. Found him to be very customer focused and easy to work with. We haven't purchased a new car in many years and Scott made our experience with Lexus of Roseville a positive one.

I greatly enjoyed my experience with Lexus of Roseville. Richard spoke to me with kindness and expertise from the get go. I felt confident throughout the entire buying experience and even went out of his own way to obtain the exact specific lexus I wanted. We had some issues during the buying process but Richard and the other salesmen kept apologizing and made it well in the end. I ended up walking out with a Lexus IS 300 F sport!! Loving the car ever since I test drove it! I will definitely be returning to this dealership and recommending it to friends and family!! :)
